À pied jusqu'à l'eau ! Maison familiale au lac Foster

Angie, thank you for sharing your positive feedback! We're pleased our home was a good fit for you and you found it comfy. That said, we're sorry for the issues you found needing some TLC and we shared your comments with the local manager. They assured us that the handle on the back sliding door has been replaced and is fully functional. Additionally, the outdoor fire table had been disconnected due to a mandated no-burn period set by the county due to wildfire risk. We do our best to make guests aware of this in our email correspondence and we're sorry for any disappointment this may have caused. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again soon.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We're truly sorry to hear that check-in was a challenge. While our records show that your check-in details were successfully sent and delivered, we regret any missed communication. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it caused at the start of your stay. We're very glad to hear that the property exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed the views and privacy. Please know that we're always available to assist with any questions or concerns that may arise during your time with us, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for your feedback, Debbie. We’re sorry the cleanliness didn’t meet your expectations and that the stairs were challenging. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back for a better experience.

Thank you, Ronald, for your feedback! We are happy you enjoyed this home. We sincerely apologize you have found few issues in the home. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful getaway in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you had and, most of all, for the lack of communication from us. Please know that this is not the typical standard our guests can expect, and when issues occur, we make every effort to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Our local team is aware of all your concerns, and we will follow up to ensure that all your concerns will be resolved. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
