Recently renovated with contemporary finishes like hardwood floors and granite counters, this duplex is one half of a freestanding home. The second apartment is also available if you have a larger group and want to rent both units for additional space.

The home boasts 4 separate bedrooms that are comfortable, private and thoughtfully put together. The 6 beds sleep up to 10 people.

The West End neighborhood is ideally situated between the airport and downtown Atlanta. A short ride away from almost anything in Atlanta, the house is conveniently located right off major highways. The street is a dead-end cul-de-sac and is very quiet.
The house is in the historic West End, diverse and full of culture. The Hammonds House Museum (African Art), and the historic Wren's Nest (home of Joel Chandler Harris, famous author of Uncle Remus) are both easy walks. There's also a nearby commercial center with shops and restaurants.
While the home is on a quiet cul de sac, there's easy access to downtown, I-20, I-75/85 and public transportation. Both downtown Atlanta and the airport are a quick drive or a no-transfer ride on MARTA, the train station is a 15 minute walk. The house is in a PRIME location â nearby attractions (under a 10 minute drive) include:
