Recently renovated, this duplex is one half of a freestanding home. The second duplex unit (directly below this one) is also available if you need additional space.

The home boasts 4 separate bedrooms that are comfortable, private and thoughtfully put together. The 6 beds sleep up to 10 people.
â Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds, sleeps 4.
â Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, onsuite bathroom. 4K Roku TV. Sleeps 2.
â Bedroom 3: 1 full-size bed, sleeps 2.
â Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds, sleeps 2. One of the twins is a trundle which rolls out.

There are two full bathrooms. There's a tub with a shower in each bathroom which has welcoming water pressure, ample hot water and plenty of storage. We'll have lots of fresh linens and towels ready for you, as well as soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.

The kitchen is well stocked with a coffee maker, coffee, pots, pans, plates, and utensils. The kitchen table and island seat more than 10.

The West End Historic District is full of culture, charm and character. Established in the 1800s, West End architectural styles include Craftsman Bungalow, Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, and American Foursquare. Situated on a private cul de sac in a residential area, the home is a stylish and welcome sanctuary in the middle of Atlanta. The Hammonds House Museum (African Art museum) and the Wren's Nest (historic home-turned-cultural center) are a 5 minute walk. There's a nearby commercial center and various shops and restaurants.
The West End is a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood, you'll find numerous homes restored to their previous glory next to new construction, as well as homes still in need of renovation.
The home is ideally located in the West End Historic District, with easy access to downtown, I-20, I-75/85 and public transportation The home is on a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. Both downtown Atlanta and the airport are a quick drive or a no-transfer ride on MARTA, which is a 15 minute walk to the MARTA train station. The house is in a PRIME location â nearby attractions (under a 10 minute drive) include:
