**Please note: Emerald Isle is undergoing construction projects including concrete restoration, balcony repairs, waterproofing and sliding glass door replacement. The estimated completion date is the end of Summer 2025, and balcony access will be limited during construction. An elevator replacement project will begin August 2025 and is estimated to be complete by March 2026, only one elevator will be available during this timeframe.**

Situated in a fabulous corner unit overlooking the clear waters of Pensacola Beach, Emerald Isle 1601 is the place to be on vacation. Offering you views of both the Gulf and the sound waters along with resort-like amenities, a getaway here is exactly what you need.

Our initial reaction upon entry to this condo unit was 'WOW". We have stayed in many VRBO's on the panhandle over the years, and this was by far the best to date. This unit was BEAUTIFUL!! The pictures don't do it justice. Very tastefully decorated with high end furnishings, cookware and appliances. The views were truly breathtaking! Location was perfect with the ability to walk to many shops and restaurants and even the pier! Originally concerned about being on the 16th floor, but we experienced minimal wait times for the elevators, even with one elevator being fixed for some of the time. Pools were maintained well. The only items that could've been better (not a reflection of the unit), but the beach area was pretty crowded and unfortunately even though you do have beach chairs & umbrella available, people could/would set up their own umbrellas in front of you without respect to you being in the front row. So helpful hint - when you claim your location on the beach, lay out a blanket and/or chairs in front of your provided umbrella/chairs to prevent public beach goers from setting up directly in front of you. The only other item that was confusing was the car registration process. You are entitled to two parking spaces; however, when I went to register both cars, it would only accept one car. We then received a large neon green sticker on the other car indicating it may be towed. I had to text the property mgt company and then I was able to add the 2nd car.

Great views

Great condo set up for vacation. Free rental chairs made relaxing at the beach easy. Kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

The condo is exactly as described. Beautiful place on the beach with breathtaking views. Great location within walking distance to shopping, dining, and anything else you may need. The place was very comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend!!

Kids had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for everyone. Pull out sofa bed comfortable for the kids. Kitchen fully stocked. Would return again!

We love Emerald Isle!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful sunrise view from the dining area. Only two small issues: I inquired about the coffee maker and was told there was a keurig but there was not. The washer’s agitator was about to fall out. Owner might need to fix it.

cleanest condo

I have been going to the Navarre/Pensacola area annually for over 30 years and this was the cleanest condo ever. Friendly support staff. If I had to nitpick I would request extra blankets for the beds & maybe some throw blankets for lounging inside.

Beautiful View

The place was nice and well stocked with kitchen items if we wanted to cook. We chose the place for the view and it was amazing. The only problem was the checkin process. Codes that did not work and the parking permit process was a very long nightmare.

Love Pensacola Beach

I have been coming to PCB for over 30 years, and this was the first time I stayed at Emerald Isle. The condo was fantastic, the ease of booking and checking in was great, the chair and umbrella included through LazyDayz saved our skin, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants. The only drawbacks were that there were only two elevators for a 17-floor building, and the condos are located next to a public parking and access lot. (I am used to a more private beach.) All in all, a great experience!

Beautiful Condo with great views

This was a great property. We had plenty of room and although the weather wasn't perfect, we enjoyed staying in and enjoying the views. The only problem we had was the wifi, which they were doing some work on. The first time I called I was not real pleased with the lack of response. However, I called the next day and the rep could not have been more helpful. We'll stay here again!

Book this Condo! You'll thank me later

If anything this property is understated. It delivered 10's in all categories. Far nicer than the photos. Nice setup with a true primary suite and 2 other generous size bedrooms. Kitchen can accommodate multiple chefs, and has the best equipped kitchen of any we've stayed in. We noticed a regular Mr. Coffee that utilizes full size filters (not included), AND a Keurig tucked under the counter, so you can choose which suites you best. The layout is pleasant and the views are PHENOMINAL! We saw dolphins from our balcony every day, some came within about 50 feet of us when we were swimming. If you tire of the beach you can realax in either pool or the hot tub. The elevators are fast and we never had to wait terribly long. Carts are provided for luggage. Check in in was well planned via emails and texts. Terrific location and just minutes to everything. Very clean unit with no apparent deferred maintenance etc. Would love to stay here again!

The condo was great, everything we needed was there, it was clean upon arrival and very well set up. The owners let us check in early, they were very quick to respond to all of our needs, couldn't have been better.

Perfect location nearby anything you may want to see while in Pensacola. The unit is beyond gorgeous. The online pics do not do the raw beauty encased in every view. Although I'm from the area, I never expected views so incredible.

Great place to stay!

Everything was top of the line except the internet. Had a hard time finding a spot in the condo to use the provided internet. Other than that- the beds were comfy, plenty of kitchen supplies, TV were very nice. Everything was very clean. We had a great stay.

Perfect place for beach enjoyment and blue Angel viewing

The check in process was efficient and easy—which was a huge plus as we were there for the 4th of July and Blue Angel’s week. The staff checked in throughout our stay. The condo was clean and spacious. The views were spectacular!
