Come see why this 18th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 70” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" SMART TV in the master, and a 43" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have other 2, 3 and 4br condos in this same complex should you have a large group and need more space.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Exceptional spot for an unforgettable trip! We’ve now stayed at this property twice and it cant be beat. We looked at other locations in PCB/Destin etc and nothing could match. Very pleased with our stay!

We loved everything about our stay! The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated! We had 5 adults and a 23 month old so the splash pad was perfect! The view is spectacular and it was easy to rent beach chairs for our stay! Great location and highly recommend eating at Zeke’s, Coastal and the old faithful Louisiana Lagniappe. Added bonus there is a doughnut shop and Alabama Sweet cone right across the street!

Perfect family vacation spot

We left everything about staying here. The only thing that needs a bit of attention is the stove top. Every time we tried to cook anything the smoke alarms would go off in the entire place to get super smoky just basic things. Other than that, though we loved every minute! Adorable place!

The couch was a very light, almost white color and the cushions seemed dirty looking in some areas so I would consider cleaning them or getting a darker color couch. But it wasn’t bad and would def not stop me from staying there again. That is the only minor thing I saw. Lazy River was great and indoor pool is great for when the weather is not good to be outside.

The view was fantastic, we couldn't hear any noise from the pool, and the condo was super quiet overall. We loved hanging on the deck, which was very comfortable. Also, the beds were very comfortable, and we slept very well. The cleanliness wasn't up to our standards for a rental at this price point (floors were sticky/dirty upon arrival, there was mold in the ice maker and fridge water dispenser, no hand soap or disinfectant to use in the kitchen, one of the toilet bases was leaking toilet water). But all things considered, it was a nice stay overall.

I wish the unit was better stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher pods considering the number of nights we stayed and the number of people that the unit will hold. The Keurig was an unexpected bonus, only wish i would have known in advance that it was there. Washing machine was quite loud. We enjoyed the beach and the indoor pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked.

This Condominium was one of the best experiences we have ever had! It was a beautiful place with very comfortable furniture inside and out on the balcony. The beach, pools, grounds and even the elevators were kept very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We have decided that this is where we want to stay every year from now on... it was truly the best!

Bar well equipped with Margarita machine and ice maker pleasant surprise. Condo beautiful and accommodated our group well. 4.5 star stay. Great location. Covered parking.

The only concern we had was all the adults drinking beer etc. around the pool and standing in the lazy river & water slide area starting at was difficult for the small kids to use the lazy river and slide in the afternoon. We didn't like all the beer cans left around the pool either. We had small kids with us and we thought this was a family facility.

I wish they had blackout curtains in the 2 front rooms, as the light from the hall shined in like it was daylight at 3:30am. Other than that, our stay was great!

Complex was very nice and less crowded than some of the larger complexes. We didn't have to wait for elevators and the parking was convenient. Close to Publix and lots of restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo, especially the location right on the beach, but also having a great pool area. This seems to be a low density building because we never felt like it was too crowded and didn't have to wait a long time for elevators. We love that the guest rooms offer two full/queen beds in each. The floors were not **** and span clean - the kids feet turned black after walking around for a while, but there was no debris left on the floors. We just gave them a quick mop, and it was fine. Thank you for having a working vacuum cleaner, broom and dust pan in the condo; when you travel with young children, it's a necessity. We found the kitchen was pretty well equipped.
