Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach! The condo was perfect for 2 people, the views were incredible and the centralized location made getting around the island to explore a breeze. We especially loved the welcome basket and treats to enjoy during our stay.

Perfect condo! Small but very efficient.

The unit was very convenient, and had everything we needed. Very comfortable king bed. Nice pool, bbqs, parking. Our only complaint is Sugar Beach is very windy much of the time, more so than other parts of Maui, and Maui is windy! Dina’s Sandwitch is handy, but not very good food. Lots of better choices for good food nearby.

Absolutely Perfect

We love Sugar Beach Resort! This unit is high up and in the better of the two buildings. It is completely well equipped with everything you could need. We stayed 15 nights and felt like we were at home. There is no better view anywhere in Maui. The whale watching form the lanai was unreal! We will be back. Already planning next year.

30th Wedding Anniversary

The condo had everything we needed. We splurged on ocean front it was the best money spent. We enjoyed morning coffee and cocktails every evening on the Lanai. Saved money cooked a few meals in the condo and making our own drinks. We saw several whales! The location of the condo was perfect. It was in the middle of many activities we wanted to do without lots of backtracking. It was quiet perfect for what we were looking for. Only downside was the water along sugar beach was brown. Perfect walking beach.

The view from the deck was amazing! The condo was clean and well stocked it also had beach chairs and a boogie board. We loved walking along the long stretch of beach and the pool and hot tub was fun in the evenings. We had a great time. Thanks

great all around (just could use better pillows)

Great place, everything was perfect, the office even allowed us to spend the afternoon by the pool after checkout while we waited for our flight. Our only very minor quibble was the giant bed pillows - two were passable but the others were so giant and firm that my wife slept on a rolled up towel instead. But aside from that the bed and sofabed were comfortable and the kitchen and bath met all our needs. Having a washing machine and dryer in the unit was super helpful. The beach view and location are spectacular.

Fantastic location

We loved this location - close to things, but not in the busy parts. The condo itself was pleasant, in need of some updating but generally very nice. We did not use the pool - it was closed part of the time for maintenance, but did re-open earlier than expected. The kitchen was well-equipped. We would stay in this property again.

Great condo!

We have stayed in a lot of condos in our travels. But have never stayed in one as well appointed as this condo was. We could not think of 1 thing that aperson could ever need or want in a condo and a trip to Hawaii, that wasn't there. The owners have thought of everything !

Absolutely beautiful view. The private lanai is amazing for listening to the waves while drinking your coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening while watching the sunset. The pool and hot tub are great and only steps to the beach. Great location. Great place. Perfect location. I love how the people around us are not loud at all. This is the place for relaxation and the beach is close by. The view is incredible. Were definately coming back again ???? one thing that is a minor problem, but not a huge deal is the shower head. It sprays in different direction, but it still works.
