We were very pleased with accommodations; clean & quiet, and the property overall was beautiful with easy access to a wonderful beach (85 easy steps with rest stops on the way) and a gorgeous, sparkling clean Olympic-sized pool. The property is only minutes from downtown shopping and dining, and is not far from nearby wineries. We had a great time relaxing and look forward to returning again in the future.

It cleared up when I put the a/c on. One of my problems was the temperature of the water for showers. It was cool, not warm. They tried to fix it but it was cool. Not good for showers. I wanted to clean up and there were no vacuum cleaner bags. But overall I had a wonderful time and would stay at Sleepy Hollow again. Extremely peaceful!

And we had our crew all set for your tennis pro on Thursday, but he was needed at the wading pool? Our unit had sporadic hot water in the shower and door lock issues. But your property is lovely and a wonderful place for families. A hidden gem... We hope to be back!

The property is a quiet, safe, very well-kept, and great location. Eighty-seven steps are required to reach the private beach because the slopes have a steep shoreline. Lounge chairs are provided to enjoy the sun and sand, and unbeatable views! The pool, playground equipment, pingpong table, tennis, and basketball courts, and bikes are all on the property. I highly recommend the Sleepy Hollow Beach Resort.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love sleepy hollow resort. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Beach, pool and tennis courts are a big plus for us. The unit has a nice covered patio and nice floor plan. But the kitchen is poorly stocked and the furniture is garage sale odds and ends. The patio furniture is very dilapidated. Only two of the four chairs are usable. Too bad because it could be a great small unit with some care.
