Welcome to our lovingly restored Victorian home, nestled in the heart of the Ypsilanti Historic District. You will be staying in the beautiful and homey independent apt located on the 2nd floor of our 1893 Historic home where you will be sure to enjoy a serene, and peaceful ambiance.

The Space:
The cozy apartment features 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious & bright living area, and a full and well equipped kitchen offering a brand new coffee maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer, stove/oven, and a full size refrigerator.

Additionally, you will enjoy a fully stocked pantry - offering canned staples, spices & condiments, pasta, popcorn, snacks, coffee & tea, water & soft drinks, and granola bars.

Location:
Situated in the Historic District of Ypsilanti, our Victorian home is within walking distance of Depot Town, downtown Ypsilanti, Cafes, boutiques, antique shops, and great restaurants, and just 15 minutes to Ann Arbor.
The neighborhood is filled with charming architecture styles that range from Greek Revival to Queen Anne, and Victorian.

Enjoy a nice stroll along the cobblestone sidewalks in Depot Town. This area is filled with local pubs, cafes, thrift stores, and many other funky little unique shops.

Perfect for a weekend!

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend swim meet at EMU! Boys and girls had their own spaces, we were able to make meals, quiet street/neighbors, VERY clean and neat place, and excellent communication from our hostess. We would highly recommend staying here!

Quiet and Convenient

We have stayed here multiple times. Part of this is because there are two bedrooms so my snoring doesn't bother my wife. Having a kitchen is also a great perk. We are 74 years old, and can manage the stairs up to the second floor. We stay here when we visit my 98 year old mother. Hope we can continue to do so!

Great location

The property was well maintained and clean. The owner was welcoming and the check in/out process was easy. The neighborhood was quite and we walked to the local pub The Tap Room. I highly recommend you stop in for a drink. The property is about 10 minutes from the football stadium.

Very happy with our stay!

Glory was a great host. She responded promptly to all communications. The rental was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. I felt very safe and comfortable for the four days we stayed. I’d go back in a heartbeat next time I’m in Ypsi! Great location close to downtown, and within walking distance to depot town (although driving is also super easy).

Our home has an independent apartment on the second floor, that we rent for short & long stays. The apartment is lovely and very cozy. It has been carefully curated with pieces we love and enjoy and we really hope you will enjoy them too.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Great location!!! The History District in Ypsi is filled with beautiful architecture. Homes mostly from the 1800s with styles ranging from Victorian (like ours), Queen Anne, and Italianate therefore taking a stroll down the neighborhood is great fun. The house is also very centrally located. It's10 mins to downtown Ann Arbor, 15 min to EMU, 15 min to all shopping Target, Krogers, Aldi, Trader Joe's, Home Depot, and Lowes. Only 2 blocks to Downtown Ypsilanti, this is a 5 min walk where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, book stores, ice cream parlors, vintage stores, and Depot Town. So yes a little bit for everyone ;)
