Cet appartement de luxe 1 chambre est dans un emplacement privilégié! À distance de marche de l'hôpital U of M, du campus central de Kerry-town, des boutiques et des restaurants du centre-ville. Il est également à quelques minutes d'Argo Park qui offre de magnifiques sentiers de randonnée et de course à pied qui vous emmènent autour de la rivière Huron, ainsi qu'une magnifique livrée de canoë.
Cette unité est dans une belle maison Ann Arbor sur le vieux côté ouest d'Ann Arbor près du quartier historique, et a le meilleur de tout! -Tous les appareils en acier inoxydable: réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four à micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et élimination des déchets. planchers de bois franc partout et comptoirs en granit. La salle de bain est joliment carrelée avec des carreaux de porcelaine et une douche à effet pluie Kohler, un sèche-serviettes. Cozy, Cute and Comfortable

This was a perfect place for us to go to for rest after a long day at the University of Michigan hospital following my daughters surgery and recovery. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the nice welcome basket that was left for us and Kathy was always in touch making sure we were comfortable or needed anything.

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely apartment and a great location. The apartment is sparkling clean and very homey. The owner is a great communicator. This is our second stay and we plan to return. Highly recommend.

Basement unit

The place is clean and well located and Kathy is very responsive. The only thing preventing me to give a 5 stars is that the unit is a basement unit. We are tall (6 feet and taller) and not being able to stand up straight in the bedroom was unpleasant. Plus the family staying on the upstairs unit were waking us up each time they would walk around as the noise travels very well. Too bad because the place was nice otherwise.

Cozy Apt in Terrific Location

Cozy, clean basement apartment in a terrific location, close/walkable to Kerrytown, Main Street, State Street, the U of M campus and all Ann Arbor has to offer. Checkin was easy and communication with Kathy was helpful and prompt. We appreciated the onsite parking at the back of the house for one car. The layout of the space was nice as there was a well equipped kitchen and living room with electric fireplace and large TV, separate from the bedroom and bath. The shower was fabulous, the towel heater divine, though the sink was a little odd/dated. We don't happen to like the smell of room deodorizers and unplugged the one in the bathroom as soon as we figured out what it was, but some people like these. Next time I would be sure to ask Kathy not to spay the sheets or anything with any scent, and I'm sure she'd understand, though I realize we are more sensitive than most. While the place was surprisingly sunny given it's a basement apt, my preference next time would be to stay on an upper floor if she rents those out as well. Either way, we found our stay very cozy and convenient.

A cozy apartment, in a great neighborhood

We come in for three or four football games a year. This apartment is perfect for two people. It is very clean . We walked to the Michigan football stadium.

Great Location for Football game

Great location, close walking distance (and safe) to downtown. Convenience store nearby. Very clean. We drove in to town and were glad we had a parking space. We liked having a kitchen and washer and dryer as well. Quick repsonses by owner. If I were to come to another game at Michigam I would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. Apartment is beautiful and sparkling clean. We walked to the Arboretum and to a restaurant downtown. Definitely recommend.

Gem near downtown

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. I would stay more often, since I come to Ann Arbor frequently, but it is often booked! Excellent base to visit family.

Wow! Better than a 5 star hotel experience

We stayed at Kathy’s place for 3 nights. Everything was spotless clean and all the amenities were A+ rated. Kathy also regularly checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. The stay was one of the best stays we were had. Highly recommended!

Nice place with great shower. Close to town but MU is a little bit of a walk. Park and food establishments are convenient. Was perfect for our needs on this trip.

Wonderful Time in Ann Arbor

Kathy’s property was terrific. The basement apartment felt more lively than we could have ever imagined and the wonderful pictures online don’t do it justice. Only a 10 minute walk from downtown, and in a great location that’s nice and quiet. Kathy was wonderful to communicate with and I couldn’t be more thankful for her to open up this establishment for us. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, I highly recommend this unit. GO BLUE!

Perfect quiet apartment

We loved our stay in this cozy luxury apartment. Location is close to everything in diwntown Ann Arbor, but out of the way in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. One of my favorite rental stays yet.

This rental was squeaky clean and done top notch. My only complaint was that it was in a basement and was freezing cold. They had an electric fireplace which helped but it was cold. Other than that it was 5 stars.
