Mallard Vestige is an alluring and distinct Lake Norman waterfront oasis offering accommodations for 18 in the quaint community of Denver, just a quick 20 minutes outside of Charlotte. Five of this home's 7 bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms, making this home ideal for those wanting a hint of privacy.

This stylish and spacious three-level residence has floor to window ceilings from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the lake including a serene sunrise and sunset sky. The unique decor brings out all the best features of the open-plan living spaces. The main and lower-level kitchens are fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and top-level finishes made for any skilled chef.

Mallard's lower level consists of an exciting game room containing shuffleboard, foosball and air hockey; coupled with 3 televisions creates a sport fanatic's dream oasis that walks out to a heated pool, hot tub, and covered seating area. *Due to safety concerns, the kitchenette grill and sink are not operable for guests. There is a flat top griddle for use outside for all your grilling needs.*

With kayak at hand, you'll want to spend most of your time on the spacious pool deck or on Lake Norman.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

*Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
