Thanks for the review Sandra! I will make sure additional pans are put in the property this week. We haven't had a complaint on beds before, since we have three king size beds - I need to know which bedroom you are speaking about. The larger true master suite has the newest mattress - about two years old - so if it is that one - I am surprised! Of course, if you are like me - no bed sleeps like the one l sleep on each night. Charles thanks for your review and we are very happy you thought our home was a nice home. I know you were on vacation and no matter what happens it was your vacation and we are sorry we couldn't make it perfect and keep a Hurricane from hitting central Florida for you. I want others who read this to understand a little about what was going on. Charles arrived right after Hurricane Irma, the Hurricane that did the most damage in Florida history came thru our area. Our home was in the "eye" of the storm - the area with the most damaging winds. It was a testatment to the quality of home we built we had little damage - our home is one of less than one tenth of one percent of all homes that is a hurriance resististive home. Unfortunately we can't make the pool enclosure strong enough for the screens to not be vulnerable. 10,000 - that's right - 10,000 homes in just a 5 mile radius of us had pool screen damage! Many homes had the enclosures completely destroyed and lost the roofing. The home next to ours had the screen enclosure completely blown down and the pool was unusable and still is! It takes special people to be able to walk on top of a structure and replace screens - most people haven't had their screens fixed as of this writing. October 8th. We have our pool screens fixed quickly - about 3 weeks after the storm hit - that was because we do a lot of work with our contractor and were on the top of his list. As to the coffee pot, I'm sorry Jhony didn't get it to you. I hope you understand neither I nor Jhony had power in our homes - we were without power for 9 days - others had it much worse. Fortunately your home didn't lose power. So, it was a difficult time for us personally to just keep our families in food and shelter - as you know it was/is still in the 90's for daytime highs here. I think we did a remarkable job to take care of our customers and keep things going. I think under the circumstances we did fairly well. We are not a big company, We don't have any construction employees, just our family who runs the entire operation. We take pride in what we do - and we are sorry we weren't 100% on this visit. Many pools in the area still don't have pool screens as I write this review - it is something we can't fix ourselves as I said. Thanks for your understanding and I can assure everyone that we are fully operational again and look forward to seeing our guest again and again. Mickey, Jhony and the Team

Thanks for your review Doug. NONE of these issues should have been with this home. Did you call Jhony and advise of these concerns? We try to make sure things like these never happen. Sometimes the cleaning crew is hurried because of back to back rentals - I noticed yours was one of these. The cleaning crew is suppose to provide us with a report of these type issues. We also leave extra light bulbs in the house - because we never know when a light bulb is going to blow. You should have found them in the hall linen closet by the guest bath between the two queen bedrooms. We stock the home with 16 full sets of towels, wash clothes and hand towels. We have a laundry to you can wash them over and over should you need to. Thanks for your review and understanding. We strive to make this a premiere home. We are re-doing a lot of yard issues as our landscaping company isn't up to par - and they have been advised. I know this doesn't affect your vacation - but we want our home to always look like the resort we believe it to be for you! Mickey, Jhony and the team!
