Relaxing vacation

Great to have a six seater golf cart to get to Baytown Wharf and the beach!! Also loved having bathrooms attached to each bedroom as well!

Nice Break from the UK Weather

Accommodation was impeccably clean, pools were relaxing and the golf cart was icing on the cake…very relaxing trip, but time went by too quickly, I'm sure if you choose this destination…you’ll say the same!

Summer Vacation

I just would like to say that it was a very comfortable stay! My family and enjoyed the stay. Very clean, the house has everything you need. Very peaceful and quite. We will be back next year for sure!

Fantastic Rental in the heart of Sandestin

We really enjoyed our visit. Very clean and well maintained property. Ideally located so that you can walk or take the golf cart to Baytowne Wharf. An easy golf cart ride to the Beach or local shopping as well. We notified the property manager about a loose mirror on the golf cart (told them it was totally fine and to fix after we left) and it was fixed within 24 hours anyway. We were very pleased with the overall stay.

It's the best location with all the access and security you would ever want! If you are going to try food outside of Sandestin, can't recommend Pompano Joe's, The Back Porch, and the Shack for local seafood.

Our San Destin Vacation

The house provided everything that we needed from guest toiletry packs all cooking accessories, spacious, and a nice view on the golf course as well. The location and having the golf cart was very handy and it allowed us to get to Baytown wharf and a matter of minutes safely. We had four adults and one child That stayed in the House. There was plenty of room with the upstairs and downstairs for more people if needed. From the time we arrive to the time we left there was not one issue, problem, or hitch to our stay. Place was very clean and well taken care of.

House was great and stay was great. The location was good and the neighborhood was very clean. The HOA restrictions would have been good to know before we left, (may have been sent to me but i did not see them before arrival). Also more bath towels and wash rags would have been beneficial. Also information about the area and what was happening in the area would have helped on what activities to do. There wasnt anything that told us jow to find information on things happening in the neighborhood. Didnt know about the website until a family friend told us about it. Information on how to get to the beach via golf cart would have been benficial as well. It was pur first time to Destin so we did not know much about the area. Information binder would have helped feed us about the area. The stay was GREAT and we LOVED IT. We will be back for sure!!!

This place is awesome!

This place was everything we could’ve asked for in a spring break getaway place. We had six people in our party. The three bedrooms enabled everybody to sleep comfortably in their own beds. The comfort of the king size bed in the master suite enabled both me and my wife to sleep very well. Out the back door overlooks a par 5-5th hole fairway. We got to watch a lot of golfers hit their second and third shots into the green, which was very cool sitting out on the back porch. For those of you that like to fish, out the back door across the fairway is a pond and out the front door to the right about 40 yards is another pond. I finished five out of the eight days that we were there and caught fish every single time I went(over 40 in all). Largemouth bass and huge bluegill 10” long were really fun to catch and release. We utilized the golf cart every single day. It is only about a 7 to 10 minute cart ride to the beach. It is only about a five minute cart ride to Baytown wharf. So everything is right there within reach. Combine that with the homey feel of the living room and kitchen for the couple of days that it stormed and was cold, and it was perfect. The only thing we had a ding on the place at all was that the Wi-Fi went down two of the days. It didn’t slow us though because we didn’t need it that much, and just used our hot spots and 5G when down. Overall I highly recommend this property and the leasing company as they made it all very easy.

The house was incredibly clean and we were allowed to check in early which was a nice added bonus. The home includes use of beach items like a wagon, sand toys, and umbrellas. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing but would have been helpful to know. The AC on the second floor did go out twice during our stay. The first time, it was repaired before we even got back from our day at the beach. The second time, we had some difficulty getting through to an agent, but once we did a technician was out within an hour or so to fix it. It was inconvenient that it was our last night and we planned to go to bed early but it was incredibly hot upstairs so we had to stay up until the repair was complete. The alarm was also beeping which I reported, but thankfully we were able to fix it ourselves as I didn’t get a call about coming to repair that until we were already checked out the next day. These things did not cause any major issues with our trip and we had a great time riding around on the 6 seater golf cart to the beach, pools, and the wharf and nearby restaurants. The home is walkable to a pool which is just at the entry to the neighborhood, but requires a 10 minute or so car or golf cart ride to get anywhere else, like the beach or beachside pool and restaurants. Each bedroom has a private bathroom which was very convenient. I would recommend this home to others.

Fun getaway!

This house was a great place for our family to stay for our vacation. It had everything we needed and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Great amenities and location!

This property was fantastic! I have stayed at many VRBOs, and this house by far has been the best. The property is clean, floor plan perfect, landscaped beautifully, and amenities on the property were great. The 6 person golf cart was a plus for 5 teenage drivers - beach access on property. The beach was like being in the Carribean; white, sugar sand and clear emerald water. Definitely will make a trip back! I will say the pans are in bad shape, so if you plan on cooking a lot, bring a couple pans. I brought a panini maker, which worked for grilling too. Otherwise, the kitchen has everything you would need. Maybe bring a large chopping knife too.

BEAUTIFUL HOME AND NEIGHBORHOOD

The home, and surrounding area was beautiful. You can get almost anywhere you need to go on the gulf cart, including beach access. I have been to Destin many times, and this is the nicest place I have stayed in. I would absolutely recommend this property, and hope to stay here again next year.
