The Space: With 2bd/2.5ba, this luxurious 1st-floor condo comfortably fits groups of up to 4 people! The property is located on Rutledge Avenue in Charleston's Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, so parking and proximity won’t be an issue! As you enter through your own private entrance, you’ll be met by the inviting essence of “Rutledge Avenue Inn A”. Step inside and you’ll be immersed in the bright open floor plan of the combined dining/kitchen area. Seating for 4 is located at the countertop in the kitchen. For your convenience, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all of the basic cooking/kitchenware. Just off the kitchen, you will find the living room - featuring a cozy sitting area where you may relax and enjoy the large smart HDTV provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are located off of the hallway on the main floor. The master bedroom contains a spacious king-sized bed as well as a private full bathroom which has recently been renovated. The 2nd bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed + another updated full bathroom. In addition to each bedroom’s private bathroom, the common area contains a half-bathroom/powder room. Last, but certainly not least is the beautiful 2nd-story porch - where you can relax and hang out in one of the many outdoor lounge chairs or share a meal at the outdoor dining table seating for 4.Guest Access: *Please read description fully before booking*

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
