Summary:
Experience the charm of Carriage on Cannon, a stunning 3-bedroom home in downtown Charleston. Enjoy the elegance of this three-story residence, complete with porches and a rooftop patio offering breathtaking panoramic city views. Located just two blocks from the vibrant Upper King Street, you'll have easy access to Charleston's best dining and design district.
The Space:
This property was beautifully renovated and updated in February 2022 with new paint throughout the interior and exterior, refinished cabinetry and new countertops/backsplash in the kitchen.
This highly desirable area is where Charleston is growing and many of the city's top restaurants and boutiques are just a short stroll away from this lovely home. Enjoy morning coffee on one of two covered porches as you take in the great street views and cooling breeze. Or enjoy a sunset cocktail on the rooftop porch overlooking the gorgeous city skyline and the stunning Cooper River Bridge. Two yoga mats along with yoga blocks and an exercise ball are also provided if rooftop yoga is your desire.
The home has three spacious bedrooms, each with a new queen bed and furnished with luxury linens. The home features a full bath on the second and third levels along with a half bath on the main floor. Hardwood floors are throughout the house and the 3rd floor primary suite features a private rooftop porch, en suite bathroom and large dual closets. Each bedroom has new flat screen televisions and the living room features a new 42" flat screen television.

A comfortable pull-out sofa is located in the living area along with stylish accent furniture and a large mirror. The home sleeps 6 comfortably in the 3 queen beds, however additional guests are welcome to sleep on the pull-out sofa allowing us to accommodate up to 8 guests.

Carriage on Cannon is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05718 and Business License BL012721-10-2018.
Parties and events are not allowed in this property.

🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.
🚫Please note: The Wonderer will be closed for renovations during November. Club access will resume once renovations are complete.
