Cette unité est un deux chambres dans la tour 3. Nous en avons d’autres à Edgewater 2 et 3br voir nos publicités VRBO.

Le maître BR contient un lit king et la deuxième chambre a 2 lits doubles. Le condo a également un canapé-lit gigogne et une grande télévision à écran plat pour votre plaisir.

Il existe de nombreux équipements pour la famille, tels qu'une entrée contrôlée, une sécurité 24h / 24, une piscine de style lagon de 11 500 pieds (et de nombreuses petites piscines dispersées sur l'ensemble de la propriété) avec des cascades, des palmiers, des plantes exotiques, des fleurs, des bains à remous, un golf (environ 20), deux restaurants sur l’eau, location de jet-ski, para-voile, voile, salle d’entraînement, centre de congrès, boutique de cadeaux, salon de beauté, etc.

Plus de 110 acres privés et plus de 1000 pieds de front privé du golfe. A proximité se trouve un quai de pêche s'étendant loin dans le golfe. Dans le complexe, vous trouverez un parcours de golf de neuf trous, par trois, traversant lagunes et étangs.

Le parc aquatique Shipwreck Island et de nombreux restaurants sont accessibles à pied.

Vous êtes à quelques pas d’un centre commercial avec restaurants, d’un cinéma de 10 écrans, d’une épicerie, d’un glacier, d’un sandwicherie dans le métro, etc. Il y a plusieurs jetées à proximité pour la pêche et un parc d'état juste en bas de la route.

Clean but needs updated

The check in was easy and communication from property manager was good. The condo was clean but beds were not comfortable at all. The chairs in the living room were not comfortable and only one lamp had a light bulb in the living room. The view was great and beach and pool access were easy. living area.

Over all the property was great. This was our second time staying at Edgewater. The room was decent and very clean. The bed in the master bedroom is pretty wore out. Unsure of the beds in the other room. The light over the dinning room table woild not work. A lot of power outlets will not hold a cord plugged in to it.

Resort great, room not much.

Upon arrival, we had no parking pass going thru the gate. Instructions apparently come in the final confirmation email which I never got. Messaged mgmt and they did send to me pretty quickly but just overall frustrating after 10 hours of driving to deal with that. Room - There’s only about 3 outlets in the whole place that will actually hold a plug. They are all pushed thru in the electrical box and loose. WiFi constantly connects/disconnects. Found a mystery pair of panties under one bed, and looked like none had been swept under since the 90’s. There’s black on the ceiling at the air exchange vent. Only one side of the toaster works. The grab handle in the shower is missing. The dimmer switch is messed up to the light over the dining room table, so eat in the dark or at the bar. Beds are comfortable enough but very squeaky creaky. Positive notes - the view is spectacular, the A/C blows cold, and good hot water. Overall, it’s tolerable but left there feeling like I wayyyy overpaid for what it is.

Our stay here had everything we needed and a view beyond compare. We were extremely comfortable during our month long visit and has plenty of amenities to aid in our stay.

Family Spring Break

This was the best stay for my family. The view was beautiful, kitchen had everything we needed, rooms/bathrooms were clean and even an extra storage closet with beach items. The check in was easy and detailed, pool was heated and hot tub was great for the cool evenings. Would highly recommend!

The beaches and views of the beach were beautiful but the condo was like living in the 80’s and the construction going on the whole time we were there,very loud,don’t recommend for rest and relaxation,other than that I guess it was okay. Nice place

Overall this was a good rental. The dryer wasn't great, the washer took some figuring out, the mattresses weren't anything to write home about, and there are zero oven mitts. But we loved the location and amenities. The management company wasn't amazing to work with but we didn't have any major issues. We were given the wrong code for the beach access gate but luckily another guest shared it with us. I never received a call back when I called the emergency line. I would stay here again!

Beautiful condo and location

The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing views. We did have problems when checking in because they were still cleaning 30 min after we were supposed to be checked in and the cleaning job was rushed with small messes still in the condo. After the first day it was all good for the rest of the week. Great week and a lot of fun!

The Worst Condo you can rent

The condo has never been updated. The front door looked like it had been broken into several times. The trim looked filthy and had chunks out of it. The ceiling was ribbed tin. We had a ceiling leak that flooded one of the bathrooms. There was mold in the shower by the shower curtain rod. The dishes were put up dirty. The sliding glass doors did not lock. The walls and ceiling in the bedroom was filthy. There was batch work on the walls everywhere. It was never fixed all the way. The mud from the patch work was never sanded and painted. I was really disappointed. I thought VRBO had better standards.standards

Not recommended until it’s updated.

This condo needs A LOT of much needed updates starting with the outlets. Most of them don’t work and the ones that do you can’t keep them plugged in. The mattresses are horrible. I’m on a 12 hour ride home right now with a very sore back. The dryer needs replaced too. It takes two cycles to get one small load dry. The only good thing about this place is the air is cold. Don’t expect to have everything you need to cook dinner if you wanted to, what you need isn’t there. I’ve been coming to PCB for over a decade now and this is the most disappointing stay I’ve ever had. It’s missing the TLC an actual owner gives their home away from home. I’ll never stay somewhere that is owned by a company again. Lesson learned!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean but had a few problems. There was condensation leaking out of the vent in the kitchen and in the living room. The painted countertops were peeling, bars on the towel racks were loose, unpainted repaired drywall, filthy air returns in bathrooms, no stopper for the tub, inadequate lighting in bedrooms, dirty trim paint especially around front door, decorative metal sheeting on ceilings in bathrooms and kitchen which I hope was not hiding anything (such as mold or condensation), no closet doors in king bedroom, blinds in both bedrooms were not room darkening with no curtains so bedrooms were very bright all night, the king bed mattress was extremely sunken in the center, the shower curtain rods were extremely rusty.

Disappointing

There was food crumbs/ bugs in kitchen drawers. Mildew on air vent. No bedspread in MB putty on walls and Cracked toilet seat in master bathroom and EXTREME strong smell of Clorox. Had our wyes and nostrils burning sighing 10min. Had to leave and stay somewhere else. Paula that we booked with was extremely helpful tho in finding a new place with us.

Beautiful property in a great location!

My issues were with things mainly out of the condo owner/managers control. The housekeepers didn’t unload the dishwasher prior to our arrival. Beds were not made and we were only able to hunt down 2 blankets for the 4 beds. Glad we brought our own! Overall cleanliness was meh. Plenty of space for my groups to sleep. Beautiful views from the living area. Dishes are super old and could use replacing. Most of the furniture was in pretty good shape. Washing machine does not spin properly so clothes had to be hand wrung after the cycle was completed. Dryer then had to put run 3-4 times to dry a load.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I hate to leave bad reviews but I think the owner should be aware so they could possibly fix the issues present. Sadly, this room did not meet our expectations. The lights in the main bedroom only worked half of the time. The cleanliness of the room was poor, shower curtains and couches were visibly filthy, the floor was still sandy, and we found several items left in our room from the previous occupant. The kitchen was missing several items needed for eating. If I return to Edgewater I will not book this room again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our winter stay at Edgewater. This condo was enjoyable in spite of a few hiccups during our stay. The condo was easy to care for in spite of some odd DIY attempts. The Kitchen counters are painted ?? and are full of scratches and nicks which I was always trying to wipe off because it looked like crumbs. I ended up buying several place mats to cover some of the worst spots. Emerald coast was great taking care of things like setting up the TV for Direct TV, helping out with a washing machine problem (owners ended up buying a new one! A problem with the plumbing in one of the bathtubs wasn't addressed because parts needed to be ordered which would take some time. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Furnishings very nice and we loved the Luxury vinyl floor which was easy to sweep up and keep clean. Eighth floor view is beautiful and elevators worked great and always available!

Beautiful Condo with a great view, needs some basic upkeep

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great. Definitely has some wear on it. No armbands or parking passes on our arrival. First call we got arm bands delivered. Second call we got parking passes on Sunday. Toilet seat in master bathroom was broke. King bed broke on one side. We had to buy a new toilet seat and cinder block to hold up bed. Maintenance got there 3 days later and made the repairs. Sofa bed was the best bed. View was excellent. Felt safer in the resort with all the police shut downs the first weekend. Elevators were down sometimes. Trash shoots were a great idea! Pools were warm. Oceans and Edgies were great.

Don’t be fooled…

The pictures make this condo look nice, but that’s about as nice as it gets. It was recently renovated or appears to have been, but only aesthetically. The washer and dryer are horrible! They shake horribly and make the most lout noise ever. To make matters worse they don’t clean or dry. The kitchen is poorly equipped, less than 4 forks for a unit of 8. Cooking utensils need to go in the trash. Pots are few and worn down. The shower liner in both bathrooms was beyond nasty! Lights throughout the unit did not work. I messaged them to let them know the bathroom light was out, and nothing came of it. The outlets throughout do not work. There is no iron, so bring your own stuff.

Misleading description and pictures

The pictures and description of this property are misleading at best. It looks like someone did a bad DIY renovation and hasn’t bothered to maintain the property for a very long time. There are nails and rope hanging down from the low ceiling due to a poorly executed decorative “trim” falling down. There are literally no lights in the bedrooms, only lamps that don’t work and loose outlets. There are holes in the walls and unfinished patch jobs, handles are hanging off vanities and dressers are unstable. It’s more than an aesthetic issue, it’s a safety issue. On top of all that, the unit was very dirty and grimy and not in a one or two missed cleans type of way. The air vents haven’t been cleaned for a long time, evident from the long trails of dust extending across the ceiling. That’s not great for anyone with allergies, like me and my son. I wish I could post the pics I took during our stay so everyone could see the true state of this condo. It’s bad enough that it should be taken off the market until comprehensive maintenance and cleaning is completed. We paid way too much for a place in this type of condition. I contacted the property management company several times, starting at check in, and never received a reply.

Terrible unit

Stayed here over Christmas / NYE. There was a cold front that came through (low was in the 20's), so we obviously needed heat. It was not working, so I messaged the manager. They sent someone to look at it, and he said nothing was wrong. We had to go to Walmart to purchase blankets because all that it provided was very thin sheets/comforter. The washing machine shook like crazy, to the point it was coming off of the floor. I again contacted management, and they said someone would come look at it. No one came. We were there for 11 nights, and this is completely unacceptable. This unit had the bare minimum...1 garbage bag, 1 dish pod, no dish soap. The kitchen has very limited utensils...4 forks, 4 spoons, 4 knives. No tupperware, plastic wrap, foil, salt/pepper, kitchen supplies, baking sheets, pizza tray. The counter and tables were completely scratched. The main, front door looks as though someone tried to kick it in...felt very unsafe. Broken closet doors. Broken shower handle. Most outlets did not work. The entire unit was extremely dirty...dust and spider webs throughout it. The lights from the outside halls shine into the bedrooms, because the blinds are all broken...no curtains. The beds are terrible. Every time you move, it squeaks extremely loudly. Strange tin ceilings. There was exposed nails in the shower. Multiple holes/dents in the walls. Management was notified of all of this, and never responded. We have stayed at about a dozen VRBO's, and this is the only place I would not recommend staying. I should've known not to stay here, based on the previous bad reviews. If you do choose to stay here, make sure to document (photos and videos) everything...like I did.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is located in the beautiful Edgewater resort. It is within walking distance to pretty much everything you could want. The view and the room setup were beautiful. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room itself. The walls and counter had lots of wear. There was dust in nearly every corner and on the ceilings. We found someone else’s necklace and shaving razor underneath things. We found that the price was a bit steep for the lack of cleanliness, but it wasn’t terrible. We would definitely return to Edgewater, but would likely want to find another room.
