Cette propriété fermée est sur 110 acres, et est connu pour avoir la meilleure sécurité pour votre famille et propriété, avec absolument tout le confort sur la propriété Il a une piscine lagon qui a des rochers et des cascades, quatre jacuzzis et deux piscines chauffées juste à côté de la plage . Un parcours de golf de neuf trous par trois s'entrelace à travers la propriété. Détendez-vous et profitez du bar de la plage et du restaurant qui se trouvent sur le site pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner. Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur la plage depuis votre balcon au 4ème étage. La liste continue.
Notre unité spacieuse est décorée avec goût et surplombe la piscine, le sable blanc et le golfe du Mexique.
Non seulement vous pouvez profiter de cette vue panoramique depuis le grand balcon.

AUCUN autre centre de villégiature n'a une piscine lagune de 11 500 pieds carrés chargée de plantes tropicales luxuriantes et de palmiers imposants. Il y a trois autres piscines sur la propriété (dont deux sont chauffées) et quatre grands bains à remous. Adjacent à la piscine lagon est Ocean's Restaurant. Il sert le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner et le bar sert toutes vos boissons préférées jusqu'à tard le soir. Si vous avez besoin de vous faire dorloter, il y a un spa et un salon de beauté sur place et une salle d'exercice.
Sur la plage, vous trouverez des locations de jet ski, du parachute ascensionnel, ou vous pourrez affronter la grosse banane. Les golfeurs et les joueurs de tennis n'ont qu'à traverser la rue pour se rendre au terrain de golf et aux courts de tennis d'EBR. Dans quelques miles de la station, vous trouverez Shipwreck Island (un immense parc aquatique), croisières dîner, île de Shell, boîtes de nuit, Gulf World, un parc d'État, pêche sportive, et fabuleux Pier Park.

Beach family vacation

We were very pleased with our stay in June. The unit was nicely stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella, which was a nice surprise. The unit for our family of 4 perfectly ! We were staying there for a dance competition and also for a vacation. The pool was great and we spent most of our vacation either there or on the beach! I was nicely surprised at how close everything was on the grounds / the resort map made everything seem much farther away. It was also nice to have some restaurants walking distance and a Walmart about a mile away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this unit to other families.

Great location with 4th floor gulf front views! Unit is nicely appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner was super responsive and helpful during our stay! We will definitely return to this condo in future stays!

Been to this property a number of times for PCB baseball tournaments. Plenty for the kids to do. Played the golf course (par 3) with my older son 2x. Was very nice. Ocean was off limits due to double red flags… beach was gorgeous. Would go back. Thanks.

Great place

Our family stayed in this condo for 6 nights. It was very clean, well decorated and furnished, and comfy. We enjoyed being able to prepare our own meals in the spacious kitchen instead of eating out for every meal, waking up and having coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach and water. The location was great as well, not being right over the main pool and activities it was quiet and relaxing, but yet it never felt disconnected from them. The beaches were always incredibly well maintained and such an easy walk, practically felt like everything was just at the bottom of the stairs. Leaving the property, we almost never walked or drove more than 5 minutes to get anywhere, groceries, restaurants, shopping, bars, you name it. Edgewater towers are our go-to place for Panama City Beach now!

AMAZING!!!

The condo was amazing being right on the beach of the gulf and many amenities available like the largest lagoon pool (12000 sq ft) I’ve ever seen with waterfalls and an island in the middle. Oceans Grill had amazing food. There’s also a small store on site with ice cream, beverages and souvenirs. A walking bridge is over the miracle strip (hwy 30) to the par 3 golf course. Several large beach shops are within walking distance. Famous Pier Park with loads of shopping and restaurants and activities are a short drive. White sand & clear gulf waters is all you need for the entire family to have an unforgettable experience. We will be back!!! ❤️🏖️🌊

Wonderful week in PCB

We enjoyed our stay everything was very clean and the view was beautiful! Edge water is my favorite resort so far the restaurants in the resort are very good there is nice one near the larger pool and a pizza parlor right below the condo on right the little store inside the resort (behind the splash pad) serves Starbucks coffees everything from iced mochas to fraps a huge plus for me lol ! I enjoyed a good coffee every morning on the balcony with a spectacular view !The kitchen had everything in it I needed to cook our meals the nights we didn’t eat out.The hall closet had a few beach chairs and plenty of sand toys for the kids.The owners were quick to respond and very attentive to our needs. We most certainly will be back !

Clean condo with great views from 4th floor,

Very clean condo . This is our 7th year coming down to Panama City Beach and this is by far the cleanest condo we have stayed in. View from balcony was spectacular, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and closet in hall was full with beach chairs and toys for beach. No waiting time for elevator. Gated with guard and many security personnel on the grounds. Only a couple a negatives. One was there was a smoker below us and smell of smoke was sometimes coming into condo . Also we prefer a bedroom that opens onto the balcony on beach side. This condo has both in back of condo that face street side and sometimes a little noisy especially when the garbage truck comes every morning at 7:00am to pickup trash from shoot. Also first time I had to pay to use workout room. Aside from that I would definitely recommend this unit.

Love Edgewater - Like Unit

This is our 4th time at Edgewater. We have stayed in all 2 bedrooms and different units every time. This is the smallest unit we have stayed in as it is on the angle of the building. It has one bay of windows beachfront vs others have two. We knew this going in and booked this unit as it was a better price. The smaller size really wasn’t an issue for us. Pros: little stool in the guest bath was great for our 2 year old to use at the sink! -closet full of beach stuff -kitchen was well stocked -full size washer and dryer -owner was great with communication. Cons: -It couldn’t really be helped but what should have been the master with the attached bath was the guest with 2 doubles. The king was in the smaller bedroom with the bathroom to the hall. -It was about as clean as most beach condos we have stayed in. -2 standing showers. I thought I checked to make sure it had a bath tub but that is my bad. I usually try to get one bath tub since we have young kids. Overall it was a great stay! We love Edgewater and I’d recommend this unit.

Wonderful family vacation

Our host was very attentive to anything we needed to discuss she responded very quickly!! Everything was wonderful! The view from the balcony was exceptional. The location was great. Thank goodness the air conditioner worked perfectly! They even had all sorts of equipment and toys for the beach. We had a family reunion there with four other condos ranging in age from 1 to 68! A great time was had by all. The issues we had were Minor to us coming from a large family with lots of kids. Things break and if you know about them, you fix them right away. The kitchen sink disposal needed a repairman and he came the very next day. The bedroom TVs were not working properly, probably due to previous guests not connecting them back after games were connected. We all decided we could watch TV in the living room or we could leave the condo all together so this was not a problem for us. The washing machine needed a new liner due to mildew. Fortunately, we had brought enough clothes and did not need it except for washing our beach towels. I’m sure this was fixed shortly after because the owner was completely unaware of the issue since her housekeeper had never mentioned it! All in all, we had a great vacation! And would definitely go back there again with Vrbo.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at Edgewater resort for the last 13 years. The property is beautiful and family friendly, the last few years Edgewater began to show its age but there have been many updates recently. This unit was perfect for our visit with updated decor. We had a great stay and had to speak to the owner regarding a scheduling error (my fault) but she was quickly able to correct it and was very quick to respond to any questions we had!

There are so many amenities here on the premises and 24hours security. Also places whith in walking distance or a short drive away to either shop or to dine.
