This three bedroom, two bathroom unit with one assigned off street parking space offers a stylish blend of comfort, charm, and convenience in the heart of Charleston. The cheerful living room is filled with natural light and features plush seating and a Smart TV, making it a cozy space to unwind or spend time together. A well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful layout provide the perfect balance of privacy and connection for families or groups.

The Blackberry Suite sits within a charming three story home that includes six private condos. It's a perfect choice for groups who want to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own suite. With inviting design and comfortable furnishings, the unit provides a peaceful home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures.
This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05393 and business license BL034114.

Guest Access:
🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Walk to King Street in minutes or explore neighborhood gems like Sugar Bakeshop and Xiao Bao Biscuit. The vibe here is relaxed, young, and welcoming.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.


🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Great place bad parking

Because of the poor parking situation, my coworker accidentally hit the bumper on one of the other patrons trying to get out for our appointment. There is no way that six cars can park in their six spots. Otherwise, the place was great.

Great Location and Ideal Space

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for a downtown wedding weekend. We were able to walk to many things. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! The property manager was very responsive when we weren't able to connect to WiFi.

Great accommodations

We were four friends spending time together in Charleston. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The photos are accurate. We were able to easily get to all of our sites and locations. We mostly walked and used the free DASH bus service. The condo was clean, updated and quiet. The owners responded immediately and followed up to be sure that we were satisfied.

Awesome Charleston Girls Weekend

Wonderful stay at the condo in Charleston. We could walk everywhere. The beds were super cozy and the showers awesome. The place was as shown in pictures and cool restoration of an old house. We will definitely be back!

Girls Weekend

Our group of three friends stayed here and the property was clean and located in a safe area that was close for walking around. The parking is tight as described and large SUV's should NOT be parking in the spaces but the parking is truly the only complaint. Would stay again!

Great location

We really loved the location of Morrison Manor. Cannonborough is a great neighborhood with good restaurants everywhere. It’s also within walking distance for many of the tourist sites. The condo is nice and well set up.

Great stay in Charleston

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the location and walked everywhere downtown. Parking was a bit tight, but doable with our GMC Acadia. We definitely would love to stay there again!

Girls weekend getaway

The property was very well maintained, clean, comfortable and in a great location. As others mentioned, the reserved parking spot was not big enough for our minivan but we had no issues parking on the street right outside the property. The only issue we had the entire stay was with our access code. The one for our condo was not the one sent to us. We had to call and message to get the right one. Then on the second day that code no longer worked so we were locked out again. Luckily we were connected with someone fairly quickly to fix the problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot!

I have no complaints about this property! We had a great time and the space is beautiful. The parking space is really tight but I was warned about that and there are a few stairs if you have some physical challenges. Otherwise, perfect!

Family stay for college graduation

Very nice property in a great location! Quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from King St. Many nearby places to grab coffee, breakfast and lunch. Would definitely recommend.We were able to bring our three boys together to attend the youngest's graduation in a location that allowed everyone to have their own space (three bedroom) and still have a place to hang and socialize with a nice spacious living room and kitchen.Interaction with the property manager was easy, as the code for the main entry door wasn't working. Swift and friendly response and resolution. :-)Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great Apartment

Great sized apartment for a larger group of people with plenty of room. At no point did we feel cramped or that there wasn’t enough space. Conveniently located within walking distance of King st. and many other great locations.

Perfect Spot

Although, we were informed by an Uber driver, the two years ago the neighborhood this houses in would not have been safe, we found the direct opposite to be true. Not only was the unit, beautiful and spotlessly clean, there were bars and restaurants with a short walking distance, and if you don’t feel like walking complete downtown, Ubers are always available. Definitely a place I would pick again on my next trip to Charleston.
