★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. There are decibel monitoring devices as per mandatory regulations from Broward county.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. Please reach out if you have further questions
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
