A beautiful on the water 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor condo awaits your stay with 53 (5) Star Reviews on VRBO. The condo layout is great. Lots of privacy with the 2 bedrooms being on opposite sides of the condo from one another. Everywhere you look from inside the condo you have beautiful views of the canal. The master bedroom has a luxurious and comfortable king bed and a large bay window giving you a vast view of the canal to invigorate you to start your day. The guest bedroom has a canal view and offers two (2) high end Serta "queen" mattresses. There is a sliding door off the guest bedroom which leads you directly on to the porch. The comfortable porch allows you to dine outside at the table or you can sit in the two chairs complete with ottomans to prop your feet up and drink your coffee while reading the morning newspaper. Our home is fully furnished with linens, dishes, cookware, a wine refrigerator and we provide other sundries like: coffee, sugar, Splenda, PAM, olive oil, baggies, Reynolds wrap, salt and pepper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner so there is no need to hurry up and run to Wynn's when you get here! There are 3 flat screen TV's, with Xfinity cable channels and high speed internet.
We chose to buy in Pumpkin Cay because it offers multiple pools with either ocean or canal views for Association members and their guests to enjoy at their leisure. Our neighborhood pool (in close proximity to our unit) is situated on the water overlooking the passing boats.
