I have to verify all members before accepting a booking and absolutely NO Guest Cards can be issued using our rental address during your stay.
A beautiful on the water 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor condo awaits your stay with 53 (5) Star Reviews on VRBO. The condo layout is great. Lots of privacy with the 2 bedrooms being on opposite sides of the condo from one another. Everywhere you look from inside the condo you have beautiful views of the canal. The master bedroom has a luxurious and comfortable king bed and a large bay window giving you a vast view of the canal to invigorate you to start your day. The guest bedroom has a canal view and offers two (2) high end Serta "queen" mattresses. There is a sliding door off the guest bedroom which leads you directly on to the porch. The comfortable porch allows you to dine outside at the table or you can sit in the two chairs complete with ottomans to prop your feet up and drink your coffee while reading the morning newspaper. Our home is fully furnished with linens, dishes, cookware, a wine refrigerator and we provide other sundries like: coffee, sugar, Splenda, PAM, olive oil, baggies, Reynolds wrap, salt and pepper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner so there is no need to hurry up and run to Wynn's when you get here! There are 3 flat screen TV's, with Xfinity cable channels and high speed internet.
We chose to buy in Pumpkin Cay because it offers multiple pools with either ocean or canal views for Association members and their guests to enjoy at their leisure. Our neighborhood pool (in close proximity to our unit) is situated on the water overlooking the passing boats.

Wonderful Condo in Pumpkin Cay!
Beautiful canal-front condo with great views of the water and boats! Perfect layout for our family of four (including two children) in a great location - very comfortable for all of us. We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend this condo!

Great Condo!
We have stayed all over ORC over the last 15 years and this was the best 2 bedroom yet.
Everything you need is there, communication was great and the pictures don’t do the property justice. We will be booking again!

Wonderful stay on the reef!
We had a great stay at Kerry’s condo in ORC. The 2 bedroom condo comfortably accommodated my husband and our two young children along with my in-laws. Couldn’t have asked for a better setup!

Wonderful experience!
We give the property, experience and host five stars across the board! The location of the property at the reef was absolutely perfect. Quiet and secluded but a quick zip to everything! The host made us feel so welcome and informed and we felt so relaxed immediately on arrival! The property came with wonderful amenities. We look forward to future stays! Kerry was fantastic to work with!

Peaceful comfortable retreat
Beautiful well decorated unit. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the patio. Easy to come and go with the door code. We’ll stocked kitchen and very flexible host. I appreciated the hospitality.

great place in ORC
this condo in Pumkin Cay is very nicely furnished and very spacious. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels and linens. It a plus that the kitchen has plenty of condiments available if you are going to cook. communication was very good with the host and check-in was seamless. thanks and we will most likely been renting again in the future.

Very Comfortable
Easy to enjoy this lovely condo. Very calm look out over the canal. Everything we needed was there. Kerry was easy to work with and everything she said happened the way she explained. Will be renting again soon.

Wonderful Unit
As a family we enjoyed the unit very much!! It was nicely laid out and well designed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out!! Our favorite part of the unit was the screened in porch looking out to the canal. Our trip was very relaxing and peaceful.

Beautiful water views
We need extra space for my niece’s wedding, and I rented this beautiful condo for one of my Legacy Member kids and his family. It was absolutely perfect for their needs; 2 bedrooms and bathrooms plus a beautiful view. Add a wonderful host in Kerry. Thank you for making a crazy weekend easy.

Beautiful water views! Boat dockage is ‘unassigned’ which it is available on a first-come, first-serve basis to owners in our HOA but it is not available to the guests to tie up their boats.
