Waterfront villa Family Friendly 2 bedroom

Welcome to Driftwood Villa.This newly renovated 2 bed 1.5 bath luxury villa is located in the popular area duck key alongside of Hawks Cay Resort.Duck Key marina is located across the street where you can dock your boat or charter a boat for the day. Enjoy stunning sunset views from the back porch. Kitchen includes all amenities including small kitchen appliances , silverware ,plates , cups , and pots. Linens and towels are also provided
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO HAWKS CAY AMENITIES
When you enter the villa you are greeted by an abundance of day light . On the first floor you will find a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, small kitchen appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a counter with seating space for 2 people and a dining table with seating for 4 people .
The dinning space leads to the living room with a 75 inch smart tv and a sleeper sofa. This space is perfect for relaxing after a boat day or playing from family games . There is also a half bathroom downstair for quick access .

Upstairs takes you to the master bedroom with a queen size bed and a balcony with stunning views of the sunset . A second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a washer and dryer combo . Each bedroom has its own smart tv . The fully renovated bathroom is located upstairs.

You'll have access to the entire house during your stay . For your safety and our safety , we have installed a ring camera outside by the front door .

Our guests gave direct access to the ocean for fishing, kayaking and boating . We have 2 marinas located just steps away . Hawks cay marina is a full service marina launch , dock and trailer parking is available for a fee . Duck key Marina only offers dockage , you will have to use grassy key marina for launching and trailer parking for a fee. Please contact marinas directly for dockage availability and pricing .

However and resort amenity open to the public will be available. Amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, full service marina , calm water spa, fitness center, tennis, parasailing, fishing charters , boat rentals and a variety of water sport equipment rentals .

It was a fabulous trip, beautiful place and great location. Only complaints no beach chairs and water for shower never got hot.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful condo with a convenient location in between marathon and islamorada. Sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. Marilin was great to communicate with.

Misleading

My mistake by assuming since the Vrbo property had a pool we could use since it was in the picture. Very steep wooden stairs going up to the sleeping area. Limited space to put your toiletries above the sink. Had to put hair blower, etc on the side of the sink, toilet seat or floor. The unit was smaller than what we expected. Never have been to a Vrbo that didn’t supply Kleenex. Was told to consolidate garbage into a large garbage bag which we couldn’t find. Prior renters old coffee grounds in coffee pot and dirty mug left on the inside stairs. I would not recommend this. I should have read prior rating. Took two days to get an answer back from host about the pool after I texted her the second time.

Best Stay In The Keys !

We came down for Lobster Season and could not be more happy with the accommodations. Rented a slip for the boat from Hawks Cay right outside our place. Everything was just as listed. Ice cold AC plenty of room , clean, updated ! Loved it. Our rental manager Marilin was quick to respond with our simple request on several occasions.

Great place, poor communication

Lovely condo and very clean. However I had to wait outside with my friends for almost an hour due to the fact no check in instructions were available. The host was not available, as I called several times. This was very frustrating to my friends and I. After our stay, I reached out many times for almost a week to rectify things with the host. Again… no response at all. Very poor communication.

Fabulous Stay

What a wonderful property for our family vacation. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Plenty of space for our family of three. Excellent location as well. Marilin was so responsive to all our needs and we have nothing but good things to say about the property we would definately go back.

No pool access. No ocean access. .

Property overlooks a nice pool but this unit is NOT !! Authorized entry. The ocean was beautiful but HUGE boulders we're placed all around the perimeter to deny any access for our kayaks or snorkeling. Unit was misrepresented. When we contacted the owner, the response was that the unit's listing did not mention the pool as an amenity. We felt lied to.

Nancy I apologize , but the property is listed with out a pool . Im sorry that the small beach did not meet your expectations . Kayaks and snorkeling are allowed on the beaches . The marina has a ramp you can use to throw the kayaks in the water . I also gave you recommendations for beaches you can go to. This is an unfair review . We have 5 stars for every review . Please make sure you read the property descriptions before booking a vacation rental .

Beautifully decorated and in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this location! The condo is beautifully decorated with a great view of the pool and water. The upstairs balcony right off the master bedroom is great place to sit with coffee! Walking distance to Hawks Cay and The Angler and Ale restaurant.
