3BR/2BA Majestic is a 21st floor (in the smaller Tower 2) gulf front amenity-filled resort, private balcony, private laundry, with WiFi, and tile throughout. YOU HAVE FOUND THE BEST RESORT ON PANAMA CITY BEACH! THIS UNIT OWNER ALSO OWNS AN UNRENTED UNIT AT NEARBY EDGEWATER SO YOU WILL GET TO ENJOY THE AMENITIES AT THE OTHER BEST RESORT ON THE BEACH TOO! The unit has full panoramic views from West to East, with year-round sunset views from the balcony. Sleeps 7; 8 allowed.
Bedding: Ensuite 1-King/Ensuite 2-Queen/Bunk room-2 Twins
WE ONLY HAVE BEDS FOR 6, but we allow 9. So if you have a crib, or air mattress, and want to save money, rather than renting two units, we'll allow that.
It has two luxury ensuite bedrooms, one with beach-front balcony access and views, a private bathroom complete with huge walk-in shower AND a garden tub. There's also a children’s bunk room that the kids will love. The well-stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including a smooth-top stove and side-by-side fridge), granite counters, and tile floors throughout. This is the only property around with this level of amenities. It has a huge beach, with spectacular amenities to include:

4 outdoor unheated pools (one with a waterfall, and one covered for sun/rain protection, one kiddie pool, and a wading pool with a spray feature)

Majestic offers the following beach rentals as well: surfboards, paddle boards, lessons, kayaks, boogie boards, Hobie cats, bicycles, parasail rides, banana boat rides.
This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with WiFi is up where you get a bird’s-eye view of the Gulf and the beach all the way from West to East ... simply breathtaking! The building is directly on the beach, and is located on the main strip of PCB where all the action is. It is the best vacation destination for the family, golfer, shopper or fisherman. Because this building has a huge beach with 650 feet of waterfront, the white beaches and the teal Gulf waters are always spacious enough to find a great spot to soak up the sun, making it simply paradise! You can relax on your private Southwest-facing balcony, and watch the sunset any day of the year! Covered parking protects your car from the hot Florida sun. Our ideal location just a few miles from all the action at Pier Park is close enough to play with all the things PCB has to offer, yet far enough to get away when you want to.

AND, if that weren’t enough, less than 5 miles away is the famous Pier Park, with more than 120 shopping, dining and entertainment choices. Pier Park is a unique beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring a quaint island-look architecture, popular stores, and even an IMAX Theater. You should also check out Shipwreck Island water park and the activity packed Miracle Strip amusement park nearby!
We're on the inexpensive Bay town Trolley route.
-Parking pass must be purchased online by guest for under $45. If you need more, they may also be purchased online (depending on garage capacity). Purchase details will be provided after booking.
-We include 1 pool pass per guest in the unit at check-in. If you need more, they are $10 if purchased from us at least a week in advance (otherwise, there is an additional $25 delivery fee and probable delays).
-There is an additional fee of $100 + tax for your party per stay if you want the pool passes and a parking pass to access the Edgewater Resort. (May be an additional $50 fee to deliver the passes if not purchased in time ... ask.)
- We rent Saturday to Saturday in the spring and summer, when we have 6 night minimums.
- A limited supply of Towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillows are provided.
- Must submit Driver's license and rental agreement to manager within 24 hours of booking.
- Extra $20/night + tax per guest of any age over 6 guests (of any age) will be collected.
- Smoking allowed outside only.
- Guests must take out all trash and wash all dishes (or leave in running dishwasher) prior to checkout.
*Guest must submit a $250 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 14 days prior to arrival and released 14 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
- Must be at least 21 to rent. If under 25, and additional $1000 damage deposit will be required.
- We include 2 folding chairs and an umbrella in the unit for your use, and you may also rent them on the beach.
- A second cleaning fee will be collected after booking for stays over 2 weeks, and for checkouts on Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
- Building, resort, HOA and/or COA amenities are not guaranteed to be open during your stay.
- Check-in time is after 6:00 P.M. local time. In some instances, access to your unit may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. There will be no discounts offered due to a late check-in. Your patience will be appreciated in these circumstances. If you arrive after 4:00 P.M. and see that the unit is ready (it usually will be), you may begin your stay for no extra charge. Earlier check-ins require special arrangements and may be available for an additional fee.
- All fees are taxable.
