Location was great and the resort itself was nice. The online photos are definitely deceiving though. The room was pretty outdated. There was an extremely unpleasant odor of old food or garbage when we entered our room that lingered for about 24 hours. The bathtub and shower are extremely old. The jets on the bathtub were disgusting with black mold all over. I was not going to fill the dirty tub and was unable to give my young kids a bath and only could shower them. The curtains in the living room had splatters of some type of residue all over them. We notified management right away with all our issues and are waiting for them to get back to us with a way to try to compensate. There are not enough elevators in the resort itself for the number of guests. Long waits each time. We did not utilize the indoor pools besides walking in to use the restrooms. The two outdoor pools and hot tubs were to be expected. Photos made them look nicer than what they actually were though in person. Overall great location with an oceanfront view close to restraunts and attractions.

Picture perfect views!

Book that condo covered everything smoothly from check-in to check-out. The condo was very nice as shown in the pictures. The location was excellent! The beachfront view was gorgeous. Would highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful quick getaway! The condo was very nice with such a calming color painted throughout which was very relaxing!! Our view from the balcony was fantastic! We will be staying there again in the future!!

Beautiful property

The condo was beautiful and well decorated with a gorgeous view. My only complaint was that the management company called and interrupted our vacation multiple times with check-in/check-out info that had already been provided via email.

Great view

We have stayed many times in PCB. This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed at. Kitchen well equipped. But first time no coffee, salt or pepper provided. Beautiful Guif view. Comfortable bed. TVs a bit confusing to work. Enjoyed the condo and would hook again.

Great view …it was clean over all ..but need furniture cleaned …washer and dryer upgraded dryer did not work very well long time to dry clothes…ice maker took all week to finally fill ice tray…

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in the condo was fine, we had a nice view from the 16th floor. The elevators were pretty slow at times. And it was a long walk from condo to the parking garage so that was a little inconvienent. Other than that, we did enjoy our time at this condo.

Mom and Daughter Vacation

This was a wonderful week. The Thunder Beach activities were annoying, but it is what it is. We contacted management about an AC issue and in no time at all someone was there to fix it. I forget his name, but he was fantastic! The last day I got injured going to the beach. A tenant sought out help for me. Unfortunately the young man wasn't able to get anyone to answer his calls. No security or ems was able to be contacted. This won't deter me from booking again, just a heads-up.

Family Vacation

The condo itself looked exactly as it did online, it was very clean and well-kept. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The pools were very nice, and we loved the convenience of the little market in the lobby. We had a couple of very minor issues: there were no extra sheets left for the sleeper sofa, which we didn’t realize until bedtime and had to go out to purchase a set ourselves. Also, the mattress on the sleeper sofa was in terrible shape, very worn out and uncomfortable. The air mattress in the unit was missing a pump and didn’t have any way to hold in the air as the cap was missing on the part where it would hook up to a pump. After letting management know, they sent us a set of sheets and an air mattress to use the rest of our stay. They were very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Excellent customer service! We liked having a washer and dryer in our unit-the dryer is super loud and squeaks, but gets the job done. The building is by a public beach entrance so the beach gets pretty crowded, which is the only reason we probably wouldn’t choose to return to Majestic Beach, we like a more private/quiet area, but the kids had a blast and overall it was a great trip!

Vacation Nightmare

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, at 10a from an 8 hr drive, we were told we could not check in until 4p. We have vacationed every summer for the last 9 yrs and never have we not been able to check in until after 4p. We received a call at 4p with our check in confirmation code to enter our condo. We went to the front desk to check in and they told us they could not give us any information since we booked thru another company. Therefore, we had no assistance from the front desk of the condo. We went to get luggage rack from front lobby to be told we had to go to the third floor to check out a luggage rack. After walking all the way to the third floor, we had to wait in line to get a luggage rack for 45 minutes. Then, we had to wait for the elevator for at least ten minutes each and every time we had to leave the condo. I have never had such poor service at any of the condos my family have rented over the last 9 years. It ruined the mood for my husband and I everytime we had to leave due to all the walking and waiting and no help from any of the staff at the front desk.

Great Condo with Beautiful Views

The condo unit was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. Great location and beautiful views. The entire process from booking to checking in and out was super easy. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. We have stayed at the Majestic several times and will continue to book there for our future vacations.
