Very convenient cottage in a very quiet beautiful small neighborhood for the community pool. A lot of privacy. Just a short Walker bike ride to Seaside. Excellent location.

This house was just right for our stay near seaside! We were close to activities, restaurants and the beach but were located in a private, quiet neighborhood away from the hubbub. Communication with the property manager was outstanding and they were very helpful! Would definitely rent this house again or any other property managed by 30AEscapes.

Very nice place and a great location. The house was really nice but could use updated pillows. Lacked enough basics like garbage bags, plastic cups, paper towels and toilet paper. Had to buy a lot of supplies during the week. Would be nice if had beach chairs. All issues were minor.

The best property. The location is so convenient. We could bike everywhere. The house is very well equipped. The furniture is very pretty and very comfortable. The house is literally perfect. I would go back to this house every time. And would highly recommend it!

Fantastic location

The house was perfect and the location as well. It’s secluded but right next to all the things you want to do - beach, swimming pool, downtown Seaside, biking, restaurants.

Clean, great location. Would have been nice if there was a hot tub with the pool. The pool on site is very small, but steps from the front porch.

Great House and Location

Nice and comfortable accommodations. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach access and Seaside. The back porch is private and relaxing. I would love to come back when it's not spring break.

A true hideaway!

Prefect Location....gated community, surrounded by trees, steps to the pool, enjoyed the bicycles, short bike ride to the beach, Publix grocery 5 minutes away, perfect size home for 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 tweens!

Perfect coastal getaway

This was a beautiful and bright house. Just close enough and just far enough from the hustle and bustle of seaside. Publix was very close and convenient. The general feel of the neighborhood is so charming and quiet. Perfect getaway!
