Près du centre et emplacement calme et pourtant nous sommes sur le côté ensoleillé de Saint- Ulrichs. En 10 minutes, la
du centre-ville avec la rue piétonne, les boutiques de mode et de bars sympas accessibles.
Les remontées mécaniques de l'Alpe di Siusi, Seceda et Raschötz peuvent être atteints sans une voiture.
L'appartement moderne, spacieux et très bien entretenu possède tout le confort pour votre famille et vos amis. Trois chambres, deux salles de bains, une cuisine moderne et lumineux et un salon confortable vous invite à vous détendre et se réunir. L'hôtel dispose également d'un petit balcon et deux places de parking privé.
Bien loin de la journée sur notre terrasse ensoleillée après que vous avez vécu beaucoup de nouvelles choses.

This is a lovely and spacious home, perfectly located in the center of Ortisei. It was convenient to get around and close to everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended staying here.

What an amazing place to stay! A quiet little house up on the hill in Ortisei. It had everything we needed for a few meals at home after a long day of exploring. The view from the house is just as the pictures show. Great location to get to other towns of the region but Ortisei itself is a very charming pictureque town. Bettina was super helpful and responsive as well, checking in with us. Would 10/10 recommend!

Great location (with parking!), amazing views, plenty of space in apartment for family to spread out. Outdoor patio area had a table so we could eat outside. Kitchen could have been better stocked with food prep/cooking supplies (but that may just be Americans expecting a lot of stuff and gadgets). Two bathrooms helped get the family ready and out for adventures. Note that "laundry facilities" do not include a dryer. In all, this is a BEAUTIFUL apartment in a BEAUTIFUL location. Do not hesitate to book. (You'll have leg muscles like an ox after all the hills and stair climbing in Ortisei :-) We wish we had a couple more days here.

As advertised, this place was terrific. The location was very convenient to all three lifts in town which was a huge benefit for us as we hiked along all of them. The apartment is fantastic, beautiful view of the town and surrounding mountains, great kitchen seating area and the second seating area is just as good. Bettina was super helpful in identifying good hiking spots and places to eat. Highly recommend this place if you’re a hiker.

Great apartment, centrally located for anything in Ortesei.

Very comfortable home base for our week of hiking in the Dolomites. The owners are very helpful and extremely accommodating. Quiet area so we were able to get a good night's sleep after our long days of hiking. We would definitely book again!

Our stay was excellent. The house is very large and very clean. Everything you need is there. It is very practical.The view is amazing and everything is within walking distance. The cable cars are nearby. We recommend to stay here.The hosts are really friendly and helpfull and give good recommandations for things to see and do. We love to come back!

Everything about this place was superb.The only aspect that may be a challenge for some is that it is high on a hill, but it is well located, and the quality of the apartment is at the next level.Would 100% say stay here.

Spring visit to the Dolomites

The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The view from the apartment is amazing. The location is good and easily walkable to town, all of the lifts and many of the trails as long as you are ok with walking up a steep hill to get to it. Most apartments in Ortesei require a walk up hill though.

Wonderful apartment !

6 women had a lovely time here. Communication was great and the apartment was as depicted in the photos on site. Entire apartment was very clean and the host was extremely welcoming. Loved the location and enjoyed the ability to walk into town - although stairs back up were a killer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Totally underrated and amazing!!!

This place far exceeded our expectations. We thought the place was nice when we looked at the listing, but it was SO MUCH better. When we walked in we were stunned with how nice and roomy it was. Everything was new, modern and super clean. Our host came to the apartment to greet us on both ends and was super sweet. She covered everything from top to bottom. The bus and pool passes are a great bonus. Like, we all felt like we could live in that place year round. The views are amazing and the place is perfectly situated in a quiet area. We would not hesitate to stay here again. This place is definitely top 3 all-time, and we VRBO quite a bit. Also, there was a covered parking space and extra space if you have more than one vehicle.

Great view from very sunny terrace

The apartment was comfortable with plenty of living space for a family. The west facing terrace is very sunny and has great views of the town and surrounding mountains, although it was too hot for us as we prefer to sit in afternoon shade. It is about a ten minute walk to and from the centre of town via stairs and an escalator. The location is good for hiking with many walks available from the apartment or via a short trip on the free buses. The network of ski lifts in the area is quite large for summer use and easy to use when you purchase a Gardena Card. Hand soap in the bathrooms and some basic pantry supplies in the kitchen would have been appreciated.

Beautiful home in a lovely place

This apartment was spacious, clean, and had all of The necessary, cooking supplies for us to make meals for our party of five. We especially appreciate the shutters that would black out the light, and the outdoor furniture that let us enjoy the view over the village. We were able to walk to all three cable cars or railways that were available in Ortisei as well as restaurants and grocery stores. It is quite the hike back up the hill to the house. But the convenience of walking outweighed the effort of getting back to the apartment. The apartment is on two levels and is reached by stairs, so those with mobility issues might not be as comfortable. Bettina was a wonderful hostess, responsive and available as needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Amazing apartment in Ortisei!

Our family of 3 booked Norman and Bettina's apartment for 4 nights but almost immediately checked if it was free for a 5th night as we loved it that much. Amazingly, it was! It was a wonderful place to stay while we explored the stunning town of Ortisei. Checking in was easy and Bettina gave us lots of useful information for our stay. The apartment itself was immaculate and the photos don't do it justice. So spacious and relaxing! Bear in mind, you'll need to buy your own essentials like hand soap, paper towels, cooking oil etc. The unit is about a 5min walk to the main square via about 200 steps (we counted!) plus escalators. Going back home from the town could be challenging for some, as you have to go back up the 200 steps!The apartment is a great base for those who want to ski. Visitors also get access to free public transport. You don't really need a car to get around as everything is within walking distance.Overall, this was a fabulous stay for us and we would come back.
