If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts and smoking materials responsibly. Should our cleaning staff have to remove any smoking debris, a $200 fee will be charged. By booking this property, guests agree to pay these fees if applicable and understand that they will not be contested.

General Cleaning: We provide a standard cleaning service included in your reservation to cover laundry, stocking of household items, and light cleaning of the home. This service ensures that the property is in a clean and sanitary condition upon your arrival. Please help us maintain this standard by cleaning up after yourselves during your stay.

Mess and Disarray: We kindly ask that you keep the property in a reasonably tidy and organized state throughout your stay. Suppose the property is left in a messy or disarrayed condition upon check-out. In that case, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover the extra time and effort required to restore the property to its original condition.

Furniture Placement: Please leave all furniture in its original location as it was upon your arrival. If furniture has been moved and not returned to its original position upon check-out, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of rearranging the furniture to its proper place.

Any additional cleaning and furniture restoration or replacement fees will be determined at the discretion of the host based on the extent of the cleaning required or the furniture that needs to be repositioned.

Basement conversion rental

The converted basement was comfortable and did the job. It was a good value for the money. However, entering through the garage was a bit disconcerting.

If you’re looking for a cozy place as a short term stay this checks all the boxes. Plenty of storage and resources. The only downside is they don’t have a traditional oven or stove but do provide a single pan plug in stove and an air fryer / microwave oven.

Short term stay

This was by far my best experience with VRBO. The place was very clean and well cared for. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Instructions and communications with the owner were always very quick and easy to follow. Thanks for this great experience!
