Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue dans notre deuxième maison à la plage. Notre engagement est de fournir un service personnalisé et un confort supérieur à la location de vacances typique.

Nouveaux meubles, appareils haut de gamme et cuisine et salles de bains récemment rénovées respirent confort et luxe tranquille.

Longue vue depuis le balcon du 6ème étage. Dormez au son de l'Atlantique!

Beaucoup de restaurants raffinés, golf, randonnées pédestres et cyclistes à proximité. Près de la plage historique de Fernandina.

Le club de golf d'Amelia Island est à la disposition de nos clients et permet l'accès au golf sur ce prestigieux parcours privé, au tennis et au service de restauration et de boissons de la piscine du Summer Beach Club.

Parfait pour les familles avec 2 piscines sur place. Des chaises de plage, des jeux et des livres sont fournis.

Excellent stay at Sol Mate

I had the pleasure of staying here with my two kids for the weekend and we had the best time. The property was excellent.. and had everything we needed, very clean, and just honestly was exactly what we needed for our weekend. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future! Loved the property and location. There is some construction at present but it really didn’t bother us. One of the nicest we have stayed in. The view was wonderful and beach was great. We paid for chairs and umbrellas to be set up on the beach which made it perfect. We will be back!

Beautiful condo, exquisite views! Love Amelia island and this condo. I appreciate the little personal touch Peter and Mary provide with their little guide of things they like and love about the island and staying at the condo. I didn’t need the owners at all, but I know if I did, they would be very responsive.

Great condo and even better view!

My husband and I stayed here with our two year old daughter. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

We love this Condo and owner!

This is our 3rd stay in this property. The condo is well stocked, comfortable and clean. The property owner is a pleasure and we have never had any problems. Look forward to returning next summer.

What a gem!

Beautiful Condo with great owners

memorial weekend stay

We loved the condo! It was wonderful being right on the beach and listening to the ocean at night. The decor is beautiful as well. Excellent location if you have a conference at the Ritz Carlton.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We started visiting Amelia Island about 10 years ago and immediately fell in love with the island and the historic town of Fernandina Beach. We decided to look into purchasing property in 2017 and discovered Sol Mate at Ocean place. We think it's the best place to stay on the island and in the best location. See for yourself!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There are so many benefits. We fell in love with the long range views from the 6th floor balcony, and sleeping to the sounds of the Atlantic. I love drinking coffee in the morning from the balcony and watching the pelicans swoop and dive, the shrimp boats trawling offshore, the ships coming and going to the Jacksonville Port. And the food! So many fine restaurants to chose from. Very close to a terrific grocery store for meals prepared in our fully equipped kitchen.

As our guest, you have access to The Golf Club of Amelia Island adjacent to the Ritz! Enjoy a round at this exclusive private club, play tennis and relax at the Summer Beach Beach Club.
