Perched on the 5th floor, this condo boasts private balcony access from the living room, offering a picturesque view of the Gulf's endless horizon. It's the perfect spot to savor your morning coffee or unwind with an evening drink while basking in the beauty of the beachfront.

The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a luxurious King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath, ensuring privacy and comfort. The second bedroom is equally delightful, with a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a serene retreat after a day in the sun. The third bedroom is designed with fun and flexibility in mind, equipped with a Twin-Over-Full bunk bed, making it an ideal space for kids or extra guests.

The living room, the heart of the condo, is both stylish and comfortable, featuring a flat-screen TV and a sofa sleeper. It's the perfect place to gather, relax, and create memories with your loved ones. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it suitable for families, couples, or a group of friends.

Our condo was great and the view was awesome! The condo had a fully equipped kitchen, beds were very comfortable and everything was immaculate on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to dine on the balcony.

Great Family Vacation

The property was well maintained and clean. Pool was nice. Short boardwalk to the beach. Condo in the middle of great restaurants. Our family stayed in 3 condos for the week and we all had a wonderful time.

Great location

Overall this property was nice. Good location, nice to have two different pool options and beach front! My biggest complaint is the cleanliness. The beds were clean, however, the floors were filthy. Our feet and/or socks would get black from walking around.

Will Book Again

The pools and beach access are perfect, the room was clean, the beds were comfy. The balcony view was awesome, saw dolphins every morning. The balcony bars were small enough in width my 1 year old could crawl out with us without risk of falling. Couldn’t ask for a better condo to book for the whole family.

Good location. Very nice ocean view. The rooms were good size. Easy to get to the beach. The top wrack on the dish washer was broken and would not hold very many items. The fridge door would not shut right causing water to build up in the fridge. Other than those small things the place was great.

Perfect !

The property was as advertised and beautiful I might add. The furniture and decor added a nice homey feeling! I loved that it had keypad entry! The king bed was more comfortable than mine at home! Will stay there again! The view of the Gulf is magnificent! Property manager very easy to deal with. All around great place!

Family Vacation

Location was perfect. We took my 84 yr old mom & everything was easy to get to & the condo was laid out perfect for our family. Master was on one side & the other two bedrooms on the other side. My husband gets up early, so layout worked. He did not disturb the others. Could have used a good vacuum & a dish cloth for washing dishes. Furniture in living room could use an update. Overall quiet & would recommend.

Nice Condo

This is a very nice condo and the property management team is Great. My only complaint would be the for the cleaning crew. We had used q-tips under one of the beds and when we moved a night stand over a little to set up a pack-n-play there was a lot of sand under it. For the price you pay for cleaning (almost half the price of the rental) and guaranteed cleanliness, this was a bit of a disappointment. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.

Family vacation

Very nice property and good location. On checkin was surprized to learn from HOA property mgr insisted that the condo we rented was only allowed 8 persons per condo when our reservation was set up and allowed for 9 persons. AS it worked out our 9th person couldnt come on trip and we had 8 this time, but in the future we think we should be notified of this IMPORTANT issue before we make a reservation . WE still had a great fun visit at this property and would like to rent again in the future. thanks

Great experience!

Our group was 2 adults and 4 teenage boys. They layout of the condo was one of our favorite we ever stayed in. There was plenty of room. The decor was comfortable and updated. The balcony was very large and we spent many hours out there taking in the view. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Everything worked well at the condo complex, the beach wasn’t too crowded. Having both the indoor and outdoor pool areas was great for the boys. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The property management company was very communicative and checked in on us a couple times via text. Overall we loved our time there and would stay at 505 Romar Place again!

Review

The check in process on site was not organized. It was days before anyone was in the front desk to purchase our parking passes and we was constantly worried our vehicle would get towed. We called all numbers available on site and could not get a direct answer. Finally the day before we were scheduled to leave, someone was there and the security officer finally decided to work and left 4 warnings on our vehicle in one night. The security officer was also extremely rude as our children were planning in the pool and he made a rude comment for them to not touch a net cleaner propped up on the wall. His tone was unprofessional and rude to be talking to small children and was not appreciated after the amount of money you pay to stay somewhere and considering the age of children he was talking to. Other than all of this on site, the beach was beautiful and the room was very clean. We went at the perfect time with beautiful weather and not crowded anywhere. We could watch dolphins jumping every evening from our balcony. I would stay again, but would call ahead and address parking before even arriving to ensure someone will actually be there working as this was stressful.

Beautiful balcony views

Perfect location with beautiful views from the balcony! I saw dolphins jumping on my morning coffee / devotional time. Easy access to the beach & we loved being able to see the pool from the spacious balcony. The place was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but the bunk bed was a bit difficult for grown ups to sleep in, as the bottom is extremely close to the top. Doable, but not ideal. Really my only complaint is, the parking situation! Since we have to pay for parking, it should be more convenient or maybe included in the cost & there should be at least 3 parking spots for a 3 bedroom condo. The office was not open the 1st night we arrived & though I paid for parking 3 days into the stay (once someone was finally in the office), the not so nice office manager attempted to have both vehicles towed as we were packing the vehicles to leave. Thankfully we avoided it, because I had receipt & placard but was really a weird situation since we had literally been there for 5 days?!? However, I would not let this discourage me from visiting again but definitely something the condo owners should address! She could easily run people off, by chasing them to their vehicles to look for their placards while saying the tow truck is on the way!
