Relaxing Downtown Loft Brimming with Charm!

Check in process was incredibly smooth and the host's communication, and local recommendations were excellent. The loft is upstairs right on a downtown street. We loved the location, and the loft is incredibly charming. This was an excellent choice for our weekend getaway!

Great loft in the heart of Main Street!

The loft is in a great location, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The owner was very welcoming and her love for the loft shows. We visit family every year at Thanksgiving and will definitely be staying there again.

Immaculate Property

This place is nicely appointed. Well done! An extra bonus was the piano in the front room. Our host not only gave us an early check in but offered before I could even ask. This is a repeat location for sure!

This is a great loft! Very clean with comfortable beds. This is a great location for shopping and dining. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable on history. We will definitely be back and will stay at this location or one of their properties in the future.

Charming and Neat

Main Street in Denison is so cool and this property is right on main so it made it easy to get to all the little shops in town. The bedrooms are roomy the washer dryer made so convenient. Super neat place. We would definitely come back if we are ever back in town.

Great loft!

My husband and I visited Denison for a short anniversary weekend while visiting a few state parks. This was a lovely eclectically decorated loft. We loved the location and had a lot of fun visiting the area. We’d definitely stay here and again! Thanks!

Delightful

The Sedalia on Main was a charming apartment that was above and beyond decorated for Christmas. It wasn't missing a thing, and we were very comfortable. Perfect location and we had a lovely visit with our family! Jeri and Doug are great hosts!

Great Denison getaway

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful historic restoration with all the upgrades needed. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all of downtown Denison. Would book again for sure.

The loft was absolutely gorgeous. I was in town with a friend who was visiting her dying sister. This was a stressful trip and having such a beautiful place to regroup and recharge was perfect. Would love to stay again for a happy reason.

1800 Charm

This place is amazing! The on-line photos are perfect photos of the place but, they can not express the feel you get by staying in this 1800 Charming modernized piece of history. This is a must stay place. It is in my top 2 VRBO stays. I love to travel and stay in interesting VRBO’s. It’s a passion of mine. Super nice property

This loft was even better than expected. Very spacious and comfortable and decorated beautifully. I highly recommend this property for couples or two friends having a girl's weekend away as both bedrooms had a private bath. Antique stores and shopoing all within walking distance. We will be back.

Sherpa bliss

As described in the listing, the property is on the second floor. We could have used a helpful Sherpa to carry our (multiple) bags up and down the steep staircase, so be advised it is not suited for folks with physical disabilities. Inside is gorgeous with calm, relaxing vibes. We did find candy pieces and food crumbs in the carpet (not vacuumed??) and crickets dead and alive, but that didn’t keep us from having a nice time. Another tip: read the amenities list carefully with an eye to what is missing: no body soaps or shampoo in showers; no hair dryers; no DVD player. I just assumed from stays at other holiday VRBO units/rentals and boutique hotels I’ve stayed in that such might be included. The description IS accurate; my fault for not reading between the lines. As I said before, our stay was lovely and not long enough. Wish we’d had an extra night!

Lovely!

My husband, I, our son and his fiancé were in Denison for the Doc Holliday Festival. We stayed at the loft, and it was absolutely beautiful! Jeri is such an attentive/engaged host. She went into detail about the history of the property and answered all my questions promptly. The pictures on-line are beautiful- wait until you see it in person. We will be back!

Historic Charm

The owner, Jeri, met us at the property and gave us a tour and shared the history of the apt. It is beautifully appointed and offers a perfect location. It sits above the Railroad Museum that was fun to visit - the volunteers there are sweet and informative. We enjoyed brunch at Cafe Blackbird (just a short walk down Main Street) yummy! Our weekend there was great - we would happily stay there again.

Lovely loft in the heart of downtown

What a great space. A real gem packed full of history yet tastefully updated. We would highly recommend staying here and I ever find myself in Denison will stay here again.
