Maui Sands Seaside is an oceanfront property gem offering old-world Hawaiian charm. It's a calm, serene place with beautiful, lush grounds located directly on the ocean. The unit, itself, is beautifully remodeled using the best materials.
This property is a small, peaceful, low density ocean-front condominium. Located on the most desirable west side of the island in Honokowai at the northern end of Kaanapali. Think serenity and quiet relaxation. The sundeck on the front of the Maui Sands Seaside property offers a perfect perch to watch the breathtaking sunsets while also appreciating the beautiful islands of Molokai and Lanai across the channel. Turtles are often spotted swimming and lunching on the volcanic reef that runs parallel to the shore, and during whaling season, there are so many of these majestic animals that one visitor referred to it as "whale soup!" Monk seals, spotted eagle rays and spinner dolphins are also spotted from the property. It's a great area for snorkeling off the property as the sets of three reefs protect the swimmer from larger ocean surge during low to mid tide.
Unit 719 is a private, second-floor unit that has been totally remodeled, offering hardwood floors, solid cherry cabinets, granite and glass mosaic tiles in the kitchen and granite and travertine in the bathroom. The unit offers beautiful furnishings, two flat-screen TVs, high speed wi-fi, and original artwork. The living room sofa opens up to a queen-size comfortable bed offering convenience to families. A PakNPlay is included and a high chair is available upon request. The kitchen is completely stocked with enough gear to cook almost any meal, and the unit has both ceiling fans and an AC wall unit in the living area.
Many conveniences are located within walking distance of the condo. To the south and across the street is a large grocery store, fish market,bakery and hispanic market, convenience store, several eateries for both eat in and a food truck park. To the north is Napili and many more beaches, restaurants and shopping areas.
A parking spot is assigned to the unit.

There is the sundeck as well as lounge chairs across the oceanfront lawn of the property for sunbathing. There is also a BBQ located at the bottom of the ocean side stairs for guest and residents use.
Please note this property does not have any shared pool access, but the proximity to the ocean makes it absolutely ideal!

Maui does have a public bus system, and works great for getting around West Maui. The bus stop is located just south on the road in front of the ABC store. If you want to wander further afield you will want to consider renting a car. I am happy to make recommendations for you.
*This unit does have AC that is more than adequate to cool the space, and is located in the living room. There are both ceiling fans and floor fans in the living room and bedroom. Please note that as Maui has some of the most expensive electric in the US, we keep it on a timer to mitigate costs.
*Smoking in or outside of the unit and pets are not allowed.
*We have a 5pm check in and 11am check out unless prior arrangements have been made. We ask you to plan ahead as we may not be able to allow early check ins and late check outs as often as we would like.
*We take your safety and well-being seriously. We have a comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing program for this property. Our cleaning service and on-site staff are spending as much time as necessary to make sure that all areas of your rental are thoroughly cleaned before you check in.
For check ins on Christmas and Thanksgiving day our cleaning service charges an additional holiday cleaning fee of $75.
