There is a flat screen TV in the family room and one in the front sitting room. The first floor also has a laundry/slash mud room. The upstairs features a primary bedroom with a private bath with shower and a private deck that over looks the rear yard. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The front bedroom has a queen bed and a private deck that overlooks the front yard. The fourth bedroom has one set of bunk beds with two queen mattresses. There is a renovated hall bath with dual sinks and a very large walk-in shower. Located an easy walk to the lighthouse and state park. Off-street parking for two cars. One dog of 40 pounds, or less, is allowed for a $175 pet fee. Fireplace cannot be used.
