Guest Access:

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The house has parking spaces for 3 vehicles, any overflow can park at the clubhouse. Cars parked in the street are subject to fines or being towed. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community. Parking is also allowed outside the pool area, using the side parking spaces and is subject to availability.





RESORT - You're provided with complimentary access to the Veranda Palms Clubhouse. They're open from 9:00am to 9:00pm and have a number of amenities, including a pool, water slide, fitness center, and lounge. Please present your reservation to gain entry.



The Neighborhood:

Veranda Palms is located in a fantastic location, easily reached from highway 192 where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. Just 3 miles from Old Town Kissimmee, a great family night out. Just 7 miles from Disney Springs and 6 miles from the Loop Kissimmee, where there are many dining and shopping options along with a Regal movie theatre.



Getting Around:

Veranda Palms, near Kissimmee is a relatively new resort located just off Highway 192 at the end of Seven Dwarfs Lane. It is ideally located for all amenities and is in close proximity (3 minute drive) to dozens of bars and restaurants, from steak houses to pizza parlours, and the huge Walmart and Target superstores. You certainly will not want for anything here. Veranda Palms is also just a short stroll away from the wonderful Shingle Creek Nature Reserve which transports you back to the Florida of the 1800's with its array of nature trails, playgrounds and lakes and streams where you can Canoe and Kayak at your leisure.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Pet Friendly:

• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )

• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of (Add amount) per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



We're happy to deliver:

→ Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have everything ready for you to enjoy the grill.

→ Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

→ Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

→ We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is an additional cost an must be arranged ahead of time.



Additional Service:

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79 night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.



House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
