The Upper East Side Shed - Norris Lake & Mountain Rental

This is The Upper East Side Shed. Few locations on Norris Lake are in as close proximity to both the lake, the mountains, and the LaFollette/Jacksboro retail, restaurant, medical, and business district as we are. Across the street from Indian River Marina, we are 2 miles from town. This is a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to stay only 100 yards from Indian River Marina and the lake, and 20 minutes or less to fantastic ATV trails.

New in 2021, the property is 600 s.f. with one sizable living room/kitchen combo and a bedroom with a queen bed. The living room has a high-quality sleeper sofa. A full-size bathroom and washer/dryer laundry room are accessed through the bedroom.
The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. We provide 6 pillows, 2 sets of queen linens, blankets, bedspreads, bath towels, and dish towels, but you must bring your paper products, toiletries, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
There are smart TV's in both rooms with direct tv and WiFi internet service.
We have 2 more Sheds and a house that we rent, so if this one isn't available, ask about the others.
