Park your car and walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. Literally steps from the entrance to the Great Smokey Mountains. A few miles from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Heated indoor pool and an outdoor seasonal pool. New pull out sofa in living room.

Clean and convenient

The property is nicely located right off the parkway and within walking distance of most of Gatlinburg. Also, a short drive to some of the hikes. Very clean and owner is great! Absolutely a great place to stay!

Great stay

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable! The location was great! Within walking distances of restaurants and shopping. Parking is at a premium in the area-public parking was expensive. We were able to park for free at the condo and walk!

Perfect location and adorable space!

It was walking distance to everything and 1/2 mile from the Gatlinburg trail which I walked every day! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Easy walk everywhere we wanted to go as well as convenient access to backroads to avoid traffic. We visit the area multiple times a year and will be staying here again.

This place is great! It is close to everything (within walking distance) of Gatlinburg. The place is clean and welm taken care of. Very cozy and quiet. Looking forward to our next stay.

The Cozy Condo

Overall the experience was amazing! Priced perfectly and so close to everything. Loved how we could just step outside and walk to everything. Only issue we had with the place is even with the heat turned on the place still stayed so cold. The electric fireplace is more for looks because it really doesn’t put out any heat. But other than those two things we were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

My wife and I enjoyed our week at the property. It provided quick access to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, and plenty of dining options for dinner when we were done hiking.

Great place

Property was as described. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great. The only thing we noticed was with it being very cold the heat kept the bedroom very warm but in the living room it was cold. That being said the heater in the fireplace worked well to heat that room up. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location

We loved staying here. It was a great location. Having multiple pools was a major plus with our kids. And being in walking distance to the main strip was perfect!

Great little condo

The condo was super clean and perfect for a couple! Things to note; there are only 2 larger sauce pans and 2 skillets that we found for cooking. There is not a large bowl to mix salads nor were there salad tongs (we improvised and used forks and a sauce pan). There is a cuisine art single serve coffee maker that uses K-cups. The stove and refrigerator are apartment sized. This was a great little condo for our stay and we enjoyed being walking distance from everything in Gatlinburg.

Great location in downtown Gatlinburg. Short walking distance to everything. Close to gas station, attractions, souvenir shops, and restaurants. Cute place and very clean. Easy access to bypass to Pigeon Forge.

Awesome little condo

It to get to condo, easy access in the door, very clean and quant. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need, may need sugar if you use sugar for anything. Checkout was easy, none of those long rules that take all morning to get done before leaving.what definitely stay again

The place was as pictured. While the building as a whole was an older building it was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for walking to so many activities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Short stay

Most things in Gatlinburg in walking distance. Space is small (but we have stayed in another Unit before and knew this). Reasonable price and Host was easy to contact.
