·We have exterior security cameras for your safety and ours
·NO RVs — township ordinance prohibits them
·Pets: Dogs allowed with prior approval; $50/night per dog; no cats
·Security Deposit: $1,500 hold placed 1 day before arrival & released 3 days after checkout if no damage or rule violations (processed through OwnerRez; required after booking)
·Signed rental agreement required
·Must be 26 years of age to book
·Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
·No refunds for circumstances outside our control
·WiFi is generally fast but may be spotty in rural areas
·No unauthorized guests or exceeding occupancy limits
·Extra Guest Fee: $20/person per night over 8 guests (max 10 guests total)
·Listing details may occasionally change; homeowner not liable for factors outside their control
·This home is surrounded by nature — you may encounter insects or wildlife (fruit flies, gnats, May flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, bats, mice, etc.) We do weekly pest control but nature may prevail!
·There is an old surround sound system in the walls - this does not work and we do not advertise it in the listing
