3 BR/3 BA Beautiful, Family Owned Cabin with NO steep hills and private decks!

Cozy Bear Cabin is located less than 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, and 1/2 mile to the Arts & Crafts District! Wonderful area of Gatlinburg! Restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and Wine/tapas all within minutes drive from our cabin.

Our Cabin:
3 King Bedroom, 3 full bath, Privacy In The Trees, Level Parking, 1/2 mi walk to Trolley Stop.
As you enter the MAIN LEVEL you find a very spacious living area with fireplace, high ceilings, and lots of windows, dining area, full kitchen, coffee bar, king bedroom, and full bath.

The UPSTAIRS LEVEL has the king master bedroom with private bath, double vanities, and it's own deck.

All can enjoy the spacious LOWER LEVEL family room with pool table, Arcade, lots of windows, fireplace, TV, a king bedroom, full bath, and washer and dryer. There is lots of room to spread out inside.
Our cabin is tucked away in the gorgeous woods of Gatlinburg. No steep hills on a mountainside to get here!

Enjoy the cozy wooded views with a cup of coffee outside on the covered, wraparound decks. On the main level deck, you can relax in the hot tub or in front of the fireplace. The cabin furnishes wireless internet access, Smart televisions in every room, pool table, MULTICADE arcade machine, charcoal grill, 3 gas fireplaces, and central heat and air.

We know how hectic it can be getting into town, and trying to pick up all the supplies you need! We try our best to keep the cabin stocked with household necessities such as garbage bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc!. Please keep in mind, it may run out during your stay depending on how many people are in your party, and the length of your stay! But we do our best to stock it! We DO NOT provide personal toiletries such as shampoo, etc, so do plan on bringing those items! We recommend bringing your cozy cabin blankets and cabin socks for cooler mountain mornings and evenings!

A portion from every rental goes straight to support orphans around the world through an organization called The Boaz Project! We want to say a big thank you in advance to any of our future guests for helping us to help vulnerable children of the world!

This cabin was wonderful! Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom and all the fireplaces! The hot tub was an awesome amenity, especially when it started snowing. The location was close enough to Gatlinburg but still felt secluded. The host was very accommodating when we got snowed in! We will definitely be coming again!

We celebrated our daughter’s 24th birthday at the Cozy Bear Cabin and absolutely loved it. It was cozy, charming, and peaceful. We mostly enjoyed the fireplaces and the pool table.

We had an awesome stay at Amanda's place. We're so used to packing items that are often missing from past VRBO rentals, but this rental had everything! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking and baking. The home is very clean, and the pool table was a hit for the family. The home is conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg, and is about a 30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. We'll definitely book again!

The cabin was very clean and in order. The rooms were nice and the beds very comfy. There is only one small thing we had and that was cell phone service. You don't have any at the cabin. They do provide wifi and if you can use wifi calling you are good to go.We would stay here again on the future!!

The cabin is in a great location and not far from Downtown Gatlinburg. It is very well kept and has lot’s of room. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I will most certainly be looking to schedule another visit in the future!

The cabin is so peaceful and beautiful that we could live our lives out there and be happy. The fireplace on the deck was wonderful. Hello! We are Earl and Amanda Reed from Madison, Al. We love the rustic, relaxed feel of the Smokey Mountains in Gatlinburg, and decided to purchase Cozy Bear Cabin in March of 2021! We hope that you will enjoy this lovely cabin as much as we do, and we will do our very best to communicate, and make your stay as "Cozy" and relaxed as possible! Please reach out with any questions! It is our goal for all of our guests to have a 5 star vacation experience!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with this particular cabin right as we walked onto the wrap around deck with fireplace, and through the front door! The living room is full of windows that show off the beautiful woods of the Smokey Mountains! It is open, and spacious! It has 3 stone gas fire places, adding to the already warm and cozy feel of the cabin. Sit in the hot tub on the deck with a glass of wine and forget all your cares for a bit! It is the perfect setting to relax! There are no steep hills to get to our cabin!
