One Bedroom apartment, queen bed with granite headboard and chandelier lighting. Additional storage in huge wardrobe.
Bathroom has claw foot tub with attached shower, updated fixture, marble floors. “Endless” hot water system. Ask about adding an additional bedroom and bathroom downstairs for guests.

Large windows overlook tree lined street, yard and garden. The space is newly furnished MCM. Beautiful.
Guest access
My husband and I live downstairs. We are retired and travel frequently, but when we are away, our adult child, who lives nearby, will be available if needed.
We usually use our side entrance off the driveway and you enter through the front entrance off the porch into the front hallway and then through another door, but on occasion we also may enter from the front porch. The front hallway leads to both units. The two units are separate with individual locking doors. Laundry room in basement is shared. Air conditioning and heating are run through central HVAC system with high quality, special air filter and new, top of the line whole house air purifier system professionally installed. Plus additional powerful air conditioner if you wish even cooler temps.

We have been Super Hosts for years, but infrequently listed this apartment, so please read reviews from previous guests we have hosted in our home in other listings to give you some idea who we are and how well we treat others.
We have usually rented it by word of mouth for a yearly lease and had a waiting list but, it has recently become available as our wonderful tenants are moving to DC after Christmas. Message me if you want to add earlier dates.
