Well-equipped home in a quiet cove, perfect for swimming. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large deck, streaming TV, WIFI and a covered boat dock/slip. Three kayaks available for use. Located in the heart of Hot Springs off Central Avenue, 3.3 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming. Dining, shopping and entertainment nearby. Hot Springs Marina located 1 mile from the house with boat launch and boat rental. Area attractions are Magic Springs, Garvin Woodland Gardens and Historic Bathhouse Row.

We loved the home and the attention to detail provided by our hosts. Beautiful amenities and very comfortable beds. Loved kayaking and sitting on the covered deck in the evenings.

LaborDay Getaway

The property was wonderful. The host had some tasty home-baked treats waiting for us upon arrival. The view is amazing, especially from a morning kayak trip toward the lake. The location is great; it is not far from anywhere you would like to go. The neighbors were friendly. Just loved our trip and stay at this property.

Beautiful Visit

This home was beautiful and very inviting. Susan took care of so many small details to make for a great stay. She had treats/snacks/water bottles at the house for us. We loved the kayaks and enjoyed ourself in the quiet cove. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Getaway

We loved the house, the lake, and all the amenities. I have stayed in several places and this is definitely one at the top of our list! Susan is great to work with. The house is perfect and has all that you need to stay. The kayaks were an added plus. We loved that it was pet-friendly and they had accommodations for the fur babies also. We look forward to staying again.

Amazing Lake Home

We enjoyed every minute! The home was beautiful inside and out. Perfect size for the 4 of us. We kayaked everyday. We saw an Eagle on two outings on the water. The guys fished at their leisure. Susan had the home clean as a whistle with snacks, coffee, water, homemade delicious muffins, paper products, and chocolate by the beds. Lots of toiletries provided as well. She also notified us we could arrived early for check in. The yard was secure for our pup. One thing I would add is a casserole dish or two. Kroger and Walmart are so close it was easy to grab an aluminum pan for our breakfast casserole. It was hard to leave this morning!!

Best vacation we’ve had

We absolutely loved staying at the mimosa lake house. From the first moment we walked in the door we felt so welcomed with the personal note and the homemade brownies and muffins which were amazing. The location is absolutely perfect quiet and right by the beautiful lake. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. And all of our girls loved the house and hot springs. There’s plenty to do there, something for everyone. We would definitely go back and stay there again.

Amazing!

This place was the perfect location and set up for our family get away. The hosts went the extra mile to provide everything necessary for a comfortable stay- even our dog had a welcome doggie treat! My teens, young adults and dog loved having lake access and the kayaks. Wish we had more time!

They thought of everything!

Wow, this place has everything! The hosts had snacks, coffee, creamer, sugar and other items already stocked. There was plenty of TP, paper towels, trash bags, makeup wipes, extra towels, blankets, everything. It made our stay pretty seamless as we only had to get food and drinks since everything else was provided. The neighbors are super quiet including the building across the lake. We didn't hear anyone! Communication with the hosts were returns immediately. This has been the best VRBO experience I have had. We will definitely visit again.

Great place

We love this house and location. The hosts provide everything you need in case you forget anything. Water and snacks are provided and we had everything we needed to be able to make all our meals there. Lake access is great. We were able to swim and kayak daily. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Fantastic lake house and lake experience!

The hosts were amazing, accommodating, and very knowledgeable of the area. This lake house is by far one of the best, very clean, a lot of work goes into each stay by the hosts including baked goods/snacks :) Could not have asked for a better weekend on the lake (directly on the lake). Grocery stores, Gas Stations in close proximity. We loved it, and hope we can return again :)

Truly Amazing!

By far, this is the best rental property that we have rented in Hot Springs! The hosts thought of everything from homemade snacks, fully stocked kitchen, games, cards, white barn candles in every room, beautiful decor, frosted mugs in freezer, bag of ice, I could go on and on. We had an amazing time! We will definitely rent this home again when we return.

Very nice, clean and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay here over the Thanksgiving weekend. The home was decorated beautifully. I couldn't have thought of an amenity that wasn't already thought of. They go way above and beyond! The brownies and muffins were great and a great snack after a long day of driving! I've never had better muffins! We really felt at home and hope to return again in the future.

This home is the perfect place to stay for total relaxation. The location, scenery, and hospitality are beyond wonderful. All you need to do is bring your clothes and you are set.
