Luxurious modern SKI-IN/SKI OUT chalet. Walk to town. Perfect for families.
Our five-bedroom, four and a half bathroom home was build in 2022. It's located between the Beaver Run and Snowflake lifts.
The Mountain Fox Chalet features mountain modern décor throughout three levels. Bring the family together in one of the two entertainment areas with all the amenities you could ask for including Smart TVs, a game room, wet bar, and more. The chef in your group will love the high-end kitchen that has an open layout to the dining area. The kitchen/dining areas has plenty of seating for a large group. The dining room table seats ten comfortably with 5 more at the kitchen island and 4 can sit in the breakfast nook.
Head outside to the one of the two large back decks with a firepit and outdoor seating. Admire the view from a front private deck of the upstairs "moose" bedroom. Apres ski couldn't be more relaxing. Enjoy the hot tub and firepit on our patio. Want to be indoors after skiing? Hang out in the rec room and play games or enjoy a drink at the bar.
All bedrooms have modern bedding, new comfortable mattresses, black out shades and full bathrooms. You'll rest easy at Mountain Fox Chalet after a fun day on the slopes and trails!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
4 king size bedrooms and bunk room for 4
Main Floor: Master bedroom with a king size bed. Steam shower. Soaker tub. Fireplace. Oxygen system.
Upper Level: Three bedrooms with king size beds. One shared bath and one ensuite bath
Lower Level: Two twin bunk beds with a bath (sleeps 4)
Total occupancy cannot exceed 12 including infants. Air Mattresses and NOT allowed.
Parking: Parking is available for two cars in the heated garage, plus two cars in the driveway. An all or four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.
LOCATION: Private neighborhood above downtown Breckenridge. Short drive, walk or town shuttle ride to downtown shops and dining. The home is situated off a trail between the Beaver Run and Snowflake lifts. Early and late snow conditions determine if the home is ski in/out.
SKI-OUT: There are 2 options for accessing the ski area from our house.
1. Walk out of our downstairs ski room. You can ski or walk to a path at the back of our house. The path is visible from the house. Our yard might be a bit steep for inexperienced skiers but once you get to the path it is quite flat and not very long. I will take you to Village Rd. Once you reach the road, take your skis off and walk less than 200 steps to Beaver Run Chair which is on Peak 9. This should not take longer than a few minutes.
2. Walk out of the garage, and walk to Snowflake run (green beginner run), put your skis on and ski to Snowflake lift. Again, this should take just a few minutes. You can access either Peak 8 or 9 after you exit Snowflake lift.
SKI-IN is the same way as skiing out. You can ski-in to our backyard (follow signs to Grand Timber Lodge which is right next to us).

WI-FI is 1200 MBPS download, and 35 MBPS upload. The highest speed that is available in our area.
PLEASE NOTE:
This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for a mountain home to party in, this gorgeous mountain home is not for you. Quiet hours begin at 9 pm daily. Please respect your neighbors.
We highly recommend an all-wheel drive during the snowy months (October - May). Our driveway isn't very steep but might get slippery. It gets plowed if the snow accumulates more than 5 inches.
Similarly to other local properties, there is NO air conditioning. Even during the summer months temperatures stay mostly in the 70s and drop rapidly (usually into the 50s) at night. Please utilize ceiling fans and open the windows to enjoy the cool mountain air.
The property has several outdoor cameras. All of them point out of the property perimeter and none are pointed at the hot tub area. There are no indoor cameras.
