Great property for a group.

We loved our stay here. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor space was great. The location is do convenient. I will recommend to friends!

I stayed at this property multiple times and enjoy the location ,the space in side the residence and also the heated pool it's close to everything we were very satisfied with our stay.

Family trip

House was perfect for us. We would love to go back next spring break. Pool was great. Quiet neighborhood but close to stores and beaches.

This property was VERY well stocked, clean and nicely updated. The host was great to work with - the propane tank was empty, he responded within minutes, had us refill and he reimbursed me. Only downside - the neighborhood wasn’t so nice

Great stay in Sarasota

We had a wonderful time at this property. Perfect for a small group of about 6 I'd say. House is very clean and really pretty inside. Host very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again when visiting FL. Highly recommend!!

Quiet, friendly neighborhood - perfect for family reunion. Close to the beaches and shopping. The Hosts were very responsive to every need. Family wants to return next spring!!

Beautifully appointed house

My Girlfriend's and I spent a week in this house and enjoyed it very much! Just a short drive to beaches, shopping and dining. House is an oasis itself.

Great home

Check in process and communication with the owner was great. The house was clean and matched photos in the listing. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils. It was very nice that there were beach chairs available for use. Great home, would stay here again.

Sarasota/Siesta Key

Property was 15 minutes to Siesta Key Beach, also surrounded by great Resturants Connors Steak &Seafood, Ruth Chris,Summer House Siesta Key , Kolucan,Dolce Italia just to name a few take a drive up to St Armand’s and walk the circle and enjoy eating and shopping than swing over to Main Street near St Armand’s great resutrants La Muccia Ballerina the list goes on. The property had a heated pool which I enjoyed immensely over all great getaway

Wonderful

What a great vacation in this perfectly accommodating house in a perfect location. The owner was so easy to work with and even reached out to offer extra help for my mom in case she needed anything. It's nice to work with an owner who understands there are thousands of choices out there and sometimes the little things make the difference. I would recommend this home to any group looking for a nice, cozy, smartly decorated home. Just don't pick the week we like! 😜

Already booked again!

We loved this home so much we booked our next stay before we even checked out! The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. Everything was so well stocked- it felt like staying at a relative’s house, not a rental. Our older kids loved the basketball hoop and pool. Outside living area was large and in the shade. Neighborhood was quiet, yet convenient to Siesta Key, Publix, and Target. Living room furniture was perfect for spreading out and watching movies together at night. I hope the owners don’t change a thing!

Very close to the beaches. The pool is amazing all my family enjoyed it and the kitchen was magnificent and it and the entire house was so very well stocked. Will stay again.

Family Vacation

This was a very beautiful property. Owners thought about many details and accessories in the home. Everything you need is there! The property is as it looks in the pictures. The outside area was great for adults and children. Check-in was simple. Communication was always quick and helpful. The only thing to note is the property is not gated at the sides of the home. This presented concerns for our family as we had 4 young children with us. The rear of the property can be accessed from the road due to the fence not having a gate on either side of the residence. Additionally there is an access area in the back (basketball court area) that leads directly to the neighbor behind the house. I would suggest closing these areas in with a gate to allow more privacy and security. (Otherwise would have given 5 stars)

A Spring Break

Property was clean and well cared for. Manager responded promptly to any questions and concerns we had and resolved them quickly. Manager also provided "special" requests we had for my husband. Everything looked brand new. The only issue we had was on the last day where we had some electrical issues. The kids loved the basketball court.

Perfect location

House was amazing ! Location is a huge plus ! You can travel North or South in minutes to some of the most beautiful beaches in the USA ! Another plus Is the nearby stores - from bars to groceries, everything was within minutes ! Had family plus grand kids - house was more than accommodating for everyone and the pool was enjoyed by all ! Definitely will go here again ! Well worth it ! Thanks !

Location was 20 minutes from everything-great location! Having a pool to relax in after the wedding activities was a great respite!! Property was clean and had everything we needed for the week!! Would plan to use again if visiting Sarasota again!

Perfect location, superbly appointed, cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The house was beautifully decorated, and all details down to the books on the nightstands were well thought out and made it feel so comfy. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, and the linens on the beds were wonderful quality. The owner was very fast in responding to any questions we had, and was able to provide us with a high chair and pack n play for our stay. Siesta Key, Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle...everything was so close, and it was lovely to come home and jump in our own private pool! Highly recommend this home, and will be staying here again!
