There is plenty of opportunity for at home enjoyment as well, including outdoor dining and BBQ, plus a beautiful brand new pool and spa. Relax on the upstairs balcony or the front courtyard. There is no need to drive while you soak up the Shores. Everything is within easy walking distance in the village, with coffee, pizza, ice cream, surf shops, kayak rentals and restaurants. Also within walking distance are world renown Scripps Institution of Oceanography and Birch Aquarium. Our house features a generous library with every variety of book imaginable. Our kitchen and pantry are well appointed and integrated for easy entertaining in the living room and dining room. The den/gym features an elliptical trainer, an exercycle, and weights. In addition, each floor has a large Samsung flat screen HD television with surround sound. You can even watch your favorite movies from the spa with our outdoor high def TV.

Keep your cool in the summer with dual zone air conditioning, or jump in the ocean or your private swimming pool. Enjoy the beach with our stand up paddleboards and boogie boards, which are included. Beach towels too.
