Beautiful st Petes beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.good parking onsite.great management company, very helpful.pool can get busy but was very good with a 6ft deep end.all walkways and grounds very clean and well kept.appartment showing signs of its age but was very comfortable with everything you would need supplied.there is also bus stop right outside, great for a ride to st petersburgh and more.Thanks to everyone.

Great stay!

Very comfortable condo with all the amenities you could need! Beautiful views of the beach and the bay. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony. The pool was clean and warm, and sunny all day. Short walk across the street to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

A friend and I recently spent 5 nights there. We really liked each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was very well equipped and we cooked and ate many meals in. We loved the view from the balcony and the quick easy beach access. The place was very clean. We highly recommend staying there and we will likely rent again next year.

Great property

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our short vacation. The three beach chairs and umbrella in the unit were much appreciated! The freezer ice machine and in-door water dispenser were great. The kitchen was well appointed for the minimal food prep we did. The short walk across the street to the beach was easy!

Family vacation

Our vacation experience was great. The property was everything it said it was. We enjoyed the view from the balcony woke up to beautiful views, dolphins swimming, the kids were able to see the manatees in the evening. The walk to the beach was short and easy to access. Having the pool, pickle ball right there was great for the kids. Our stay was comfortable and just exciting and beautiful.

Great getaway spot with fantastic view

Cozy clean well appointed condo. The view of the bay is beautiful, especially in the morning. Not a single issue with our stay and would recommend it. I can only speak to the master bedroom but the bed was incredibly comfortable! Do not underestimate the importance of this! I would absolutely stay here again.

St. Pete Beach

Cute condo, plenty of space, amenities were great and the location was very convenient. The management staff was awesome. We drove because we moved my daughter into college so we were able to bring chairs and an umbrella but the it would be a HUGE benefit to have these at the condo for people flying down. We definitely were happy to have them with the beach access so close.

Wonderful Location

The view from the balconies is just as seen in the photos. Just lovely! Elevator is close, walk to beach is not bad at all, condo is clean. Has a few beach chairs but could use an umbrella for those flying in. The ice maker and water in the fridge door were a nice bonus! Coming back for a full week next year!

Only weird thing was the showers, floor is sealed but you can tell water is under the floor. It squishes and feels like youre going to fall through in both baths. Prayed it stayed intact before each use.

The twin beds were very small but other than that, the condo was great. The refrigerator was leaking but maintenance came and fixed it the next day. The pool area & hot tub were nice also.

Family trip 2023

We have been coming to this property for many years now and have always found it nice albeit it is now looking dated especially in the bathrooms.This time there was a problem with the fridge but the charming Nancy resolved it.It is a shame that the special deal with Tradewinds ended but the pool and surrounding areas are still delightful albeit the hot tub still has no bubbles.We will hope to return

The location and views are amazing. The outside grounds are very nice and well taken charge are of. This unit was a perfect spot as far as being close to restaurants that are so delicious. Highly recommend Skidders. The unit itself needs care. It wasn't very clean. Bedding doesn't fit beds, carpets were dirty and the walls and floors were as well. They do supply some amenities (beach chairs etc) but the over all condition was not great (ceiling in spare bathroom was pealing off) We did have toilet issues which they responded quickly and repaired. Maintenance person was nice and respectful. Safely of the entrance was perfect. Codes to get in before you can reach elevator. We did feel very safe. All in all it was a good stay I just think these management companies should take the time to inspect their units every now and then.

I am truly sorry about the cleanliness and condition concerns you experienced. That is not the standard we expect or accept. Following your review we opened a quality audit for this home. We have corrected the linen sizing for each bed, scheduled a professional carpet cleaning, repaired the peeling area on the guest bathroom ceiling, and touched up paint on high traffic walls and baseboards. We also reviewed our housekeeping checklist with the vendor, added photo verification for each clean, and implemented a manager spot check prior to arrivals so issues like this are caught before guests arrive. Thank you for noting the amenities and for calling our attention to where we can improve. Your feedback helps us get better. Amazing stay in a beautiful condo at the perfect beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunrise over the bay from your balcony and sunsets across the street at the beach! I could not imagine a more perfect location! A 10 minute walk in any direction from countless restaurants, liquor stores, shops and smoke/gummy shops for all of your beach needs. Want to spend a day playing tennis/pickleball or shuffle board and swimming in the pool? Enjoy yourself stress free! No overly crowded pool and zero wait time for the courts. Plus there is a free use equipment room that supplies everything you need, including beach chairs. You can easily scope out the pool and courts from your fifth floor balcony to avoid crowds if you prefer your privacy. We are already planning our next trip to St Pete and we will definitely stay at the Sunrise again!
