Great stay

This apartment was well equipped and I’m a central location. All amenities are well kept and just steps from the beach. I suggest the host to change the mattresses. It was the only thing uncomfortable during the whole stay.

Perfect place to stay!!

This is our 2nd time at sunrise! Location is perfect! Across the street from the golf and yet East side of resort is well protected Ted from the winds give you are magnificent morning view. My husband never wants to stay anywhere but here! Unit 406 has all the comforts of home. Very well appointed unit. Comfortable beds! . Loved the unit!

Fantastic

Beautiful property, right on the intercoastal (lots of manatees!). You can enjoy the pool or walk across the street to the beach. St. Pete's has free shuttle services (called Freebee) for getting around town, so you have access to all the local restaurants, shops, and beaches. One bedroom is a master suite with a king, and the other is a smaller room with a queen. Lovely!

Great location, terrific staff, wonderful unit. The little inlet makes the location extra special. Walk to the beach very easy. Grocery store etc. very close. Lot's of casual places to grab a bite to eat. Starbucks and CHic Fil A - what else do you need? Staff was so helpful. Love that the office is onsite - so many are not. Steve the maintenance man was very helpful and sweet. WE used the grills and they were immaculate (many are not). Will stay here again.

Perfect for 50 yr olds!

Check in was alittle confusing since there isn’t was an office manager on-site when we checked in on a Sunday at 4:30pm. They considered it after hours?? Other than that the stay was perfect. Awesome view of the bay and pool, condo is adorable and the beach is just across the street. There is a cross walk and light at the road but not sure I would not want to cross the busy road daily with little ones.

Beautiful view. Very secure, safe area. Individual rooms in the condo were a bit small for us. The unit floors were dirty, the sliding door lock was broken, several blinds were missing but the pool, dock and staff were great.
