3 BEDROOM BEACH HOUSE WITH GOLF CART!

We just installed a brand new kitchen and replaced all the floors in 2021. We purchased this three bedroom house with a screened in porch, two full bathrooms and outdoor shower for after the beach. The house is located inside the gated beach community of Oceanside Village. Wifi is available. All the bedrooms and the living room have TV's with cable. We also have three other houses to rent on the same block! See VRBO listings # 2107790, 7293397 and 9381609. Ask about multiple house discounts. All our houses come with a golf cart and includes cleaning and all linens and beach chairs. The indoor pool and dog park is 100 yards away. The outdoor pools are 300 yards away and the beach is a 1 minute golf cart ride away to the private beach parking. We do have an extra golf cart available for an additional fee. Come enjoy the sunshine !

Quiet and relaxing!!

The development is perfect for families! It was very quiet, and very relaxing. A short golf cart ride to the beach, restaurants, and the pools, splash pad, dog parks etc. Check in was super easy. The house was clean, and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay!

Our Best Family Vacation Yet

We have stayed in this community 3 years in a row and this year was the first time we stayed in this home. It was beautiful, welcoming, clean and had plenty of room. The back porch was pir favorite and we are already planning next years trip back in this same home. Perfect loaction if you’re more of an indoor pool person, and not more than a 5 minute golf cart ride to the ocean.

May 2024 family vacation

Property was great location. There had just been renovation to the property which was fine, but it needed a deep clean after that. Could use some more cooking supplies, measuring cups, etc. Plenty of parking and Air condition worked great. Over all a great place. We had 6 adults and 2 crawlers.

Great spot

We were the first to stay in this house after the new owners bought it. There were a couple hiccups that were not their fault and they were both handled with speed and care. The house is perfect for a family with different ages and the location is fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this house and we plan to rent from them again.

It was so pleasant. Easy check in, great splash pad and pools. Kids loved the playground almost every evening. House had plenty of room for all of us. Last year we stayed at Ocean Lakes and it was a nightmare. Never again.

Awesome Vacation

House was clean, very nice & up to date. The neighborhood was nice and convenient to anything & everything. It was quiet for it to be so big. I rated the check in process so low because the ladies in the main office were very rude during check in, thankfully I had to only come across them when arriving and when leaving. Thankfully Brian was a great help and assisted quickly!

Over all the house was clean and had some new upgrades. The owner was very nice and responsive to any questions we had. The only suggestions we have would be better mattresses or good toppers for current ones. They where pretty hard for our taste. Also part of the pillows where plastic covered. Over all the place was nice. Had sufficient supplies and kitchen tools. Towels and sheets all supplied. Plenty room for what we needed.

It was a place to stay but not great. The pictures make the place look better than it was. The bathrooms are tiny, rusty floor grates and wires freely hanging from the tv was a concern with a one year old along. Screened in porch was full of dog hair. The rusty front screen door was enough for us to question if we really wanted to stay. A golf cart included but was also in need of some maintance. Overall, it was okay but wouldnt stay here again especially with small children.

Unsafe Property

The owners just didn't seem as if they knew how to rent properties. While every interaction was pleasant and they are nice, I think they are over their head. At arrival the front gate did not have our information. The house had no "move in details", or "move out details". The floors seem unsafe, my assumption is that the underlayment had been under water, and now full of mold. 2 of my family members are very sick after staying there. Also house very dirty. I have a dog, but no one would know it, in my home. The blinds, floors, baseboards were all covered in cat or dog hair. I am highly allergic, and was very sick by end of the week.

Hi Jodi we are truly sorry you felt this way about your stay! The picture are true to the hoWe send everybody check in instructions and stayed in contact with you by text during your stay multiple times and even came in person to introduce ourselves and ask you if there was anything you needed! During your stay you had not one complaint! You yourself brought a boxer dog who sheds! Had you mentioned anything, we would have addressed the issue instantly! As for mold that’s a terrible accusation which I unfounded as we have had the home inspected and had multiple people stay after you with out complaint!

Needs some repairs

Overall the location was good, as far as proximity to the beach, however the area in general doesn't seem to be kept up as it should. The dog parks are very dirty and unkept, indoor pool is closed and boarded up, some rundown homes and lots of overgrowth.. definitely not as nice as it was a few years back. The house itself was also not kept up in many ways. Kitchen was nice and appliances and furniture were as well but ALL blinds in the house were completely broken, leaving open gaps where you could easily see into the house at night when anyone walked past or drove by (including in the bedroom). Screen on front door was busted out, and another bedroom window was also broken with a hole in it. Walls and trim need a good cleaning as well. Overall, i have to admit that when first getting to the house and then walking in, it definitely made us pause and have to give some serious consideration to whether or not we should stay.

Disappointed

Check in and check out was easy , no issues. After arriving at the property we realized that there was no double futon in any of the bedrooms like it said in the original listing. I had my daughters sleep together but this would have been a bigger issue if that wasn't the case.The next day (Sunday) the AC stopped working. The hosts responded immediately and called for service. The tech made it clear that it was not going to be fixed that day. The hosts then asked if we wanted to have a someone drop off a window AC unit so that WE could install it. I declined and then they sent a guy out to do it. The next day( Monday) we were told that the unit wouldn't be fixed until the following day (Tuesday). Again, they asked if we wanted someone to drop off another window unit so WE could install it or WE could run to Walmart, purchase window units, install them, and that we would be reimbursed. I said we were not installing anything and I asked if they could give us a partial refund or if we could move to another property they had in the same community, the answer was no. They sent the same guy from the day before to come and install another window unit. Ultimately, the AC was fixed on Tuesday, but the whole situation was very disappointing and they still made NO effort to give a partial refund or any type of reimbursement for all the hassle.

Lisa, the property is listed as it sleeps 8. There are queen beds in each bedroom and a queen pullout in the living room. The central air was just installed recently, and we had the AC tech respond immediately. If we had another property available, we would have put you in it. We never asked you to install any window units. We had someone respond and we offered to install as many window units as possible that were necessary to keep your family comfortable. The Central air was repaired less than 48 hours later. I feel we did everything possible to make your stay comfortable. Brian

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Community felt very safe. The room was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. I will say if anyone plans on sleeping on the sofa bad take an air mattress as the one on it is uncomfortable. Also, if you have a large group you may want to take more towels and wash cloths. They were provided but we just needed a few more. The kitchen was well stocked w/dishes, pots and pans. We would definitely stay again. The beach parking for golf carts and cars was ample; we always had a spot to park even though the beaches were crowded. If you have pets be mindful there are burrs somewhere in the yard. We could never figure out where but suspect in the back, I found several on the dog. (After not going to the back I didn’t find anymore). My only complaint was not with the property but with the check in office. They close shortly after check in time making it difficult to get a key pass and don’t open until later for check out. They charge $30 cash for each key card and only return $10 of the deposit to you if you turn the card back in, if the office is closed they will mail a check later. We needed 2 cards which was $60 (20 refunded) that just seems a little excessive. Not a deal breaker. Would recommend this place with anyone with a small family.

Great vacation! Wonderful hosts.

The house is cute and worked great for our needs. Location was perfect in a gated community at the beach close to amenities & attractions. Golf cart was a fun bonus. We used it to get to the beach, local restaurants, and to take a tour of the neighborhood. There are events on the community property that we were invited to join and had a blast. Host were very pleasant and responsive. the community is very friendly, we felt right at home.

Beach House vacation

This was a great vacation place to stay. Having the golf cart was fun and it was great not having to hunt for a parking place for the car when we wanted to go to the beach. The updated kitchen was very nice. The fans were noisey, especially in the bedroom. We also had a hard time finding a comfortable place to sit, but we’re up in age, so there’s not much we can do about that. Lol. The owner was very prompt and helpful when we had questions for him, and also let us check in early when we got there after driving 9 hours. 5 stars.
