Enjoy a Lakeview, 3-bedroom 2 bath beach house with two amazing outdoor areas, linen and complimentary LIMO-GOLF CART! The master bedroom offers a king bed with master bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third bedroom is great for kids with twin bunk beds. Pack ‘n Play also available for a little one. TV's are located in master bedroom, second bedroom, living room, and outdoor area for everyone's enjoyment. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare any meal. Enjoy your morning coffee with a lake view from your dining room or back porch. Outdoor grill also available. The open concept with kitchen and large living room are great for movies, games, and family time. Enjoy your afternoons on the covered porch with the outdoor tv or nightly golf cart rides throughout the village. Laundry room complete with washer and dryer and room for storage. Cable/Wifi included.

No need to worry about all the little things. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags, and beach toys are provided. For indoor activities, board games and cards available. Start-up soap and paper products will be also be provided.

Within Oceanside Village, you will enjoy two outdoor pools, a new heated indoor pool, lounge pool, kids splash zone, outdoor hot tub, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball area, playground area, pickle ball court, bocce, community center, and activities center. Spend the mornings or afternoons fishing at one of the many lakes in Oceanside Village. Just remember, it is catch and release. Fitness Center is also available for a small fee.

Enjoy your private beach parking and be sure to try out the Beachfront Conch Cafe Restaurant that is adjacent to the oceanside beach front lot. If you are into golfing and putt-putt, Tupelo Bay, an 18-Hole Executive Course with a full service Clubhouse and Snack Bar, is just outside Oceanside Village. Also, check out the driving range, miniature golf, foot golf, and disc golf Don't forget to stop by the ice-cream shop at the end of your play!

During the summer season (Memorial Day-Labor Day), rentals are minimum of seven nights from Saturday to Saturday only. All others dates require a 3 night minimum stay.

All guests must complete a signed rental agreement and provide a valid photo ID to finalize their reservation. Due to personal liability Insurance, we do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to drive our privately owned golf cart.

Perfect family vacation spot

Booking the property and check in process was incredibly easy. Hosts were accommodating and helped us with a last minute booking. This house was very clean and so well stocked. Wonderful safe gated community. Had everything you could possibly need from all kitchen utensils to umbrellas and beach necessities. It was the perfect family spot for vacation. The golf cart made access to the beach and pool/kid water area so easy. We had a toddler and teenager and they both loved it. Already looking forward to booking next year!

Perfect Vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for my wife and I with four small children. It was clean, roomy, and cozy. The owners were responsive and truly care about ensuring you have a wonderful stay. There is plenty of parking. The golf cart limo was a big hit and made the trip much easier. Our car did not move the whole time and that I the way I like it. The beach a pool is a short ride away from the house. 5 minutes on the cart and you can be in Garden City where there is arcades, groceries, shops, ice cream. We will definitely be staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is decorated nicely and the bedding is very comfortable. The layout was spacious enough for our family of 5. The only house negative is the master bathroom "barn style" door. It doesn't offer a lot of privacy. Hopefully it's just a temporary fix. The included limo golf cart and beach equipment was by far the best feature. It took the stress off of us having to pack beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. The owners truly thought of everything. We loved the amenities that the community had to offer, especially the private beach access. Our family would definitely stay here again! :)

The home was very clean. It had lots of amenities such as linens, bath and beach towels. They also had beach chairs and toys for the family. They had board and cards games for the kids to play with. We loved the outdoor shower to keep from getting so much sand in the house. The owners were great to work with and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend this beach home for other families.

After more than 20 years of vacationing in Oceanside Village, I can honestly say this is one of the best homes we’ve ever rented. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was the best-equipped we’ve ever had, the beds were so comfortable we asked the owners where they bought the mattresses, and the reclining furniture made relaxing easy. We loved the private outdoor shower, spacious outdoor living area, and the included six-passenger golf cart.What truly sets this home apart, however, are the owners. I injured my knee before we arrived, and Penny and Keith immediately helped me find medical care and checked on me throughout our stay. When we had a plumbing issue, they had it resolved right away with minimal disruption. Their kindness and genuine concern made us feel more like friends than guests.The Oceanside Village amenities were wonderful. Our grandson loved the splash pad and playground, while the adults enjoyed the pickleball courts.This home exceeded our expectations in every way. After staying in Oceanside Village for over two decades, I can confidently say this is one of our all-time favorites. We can’t wait to return. Five stars aren’t enough!

We had the best time! It was myself and my sister-in-law and our kids. It was the perfect home for us to stay in. They have everything there at the ready! plenty of towels for all of us running between the pools and ocean. Games for us to play. Extra blankets.. house was very very clean. Host was amazing from start to finish. We had a vacation to remember! Thanks we will be booking with you again. Also. We have been going to this community for years. Very safe feeling here. Wonderful place for families
