This Specious 3 Br 2 Bath condo is located 20min south from Myrtle Beach Airport on the Garden City/ Surfside Beach line.
It is set back in a quiet area only 1 mile from the beach, minutes away from Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet and all the great restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
For the Golfers we are in Tupelo Bay Executive Golf Course. If you want more, we are centrally located between all the area great golf courses!
The amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pool, outdoor grilling area, community center with gym, wireless internet and TV room, 18 hole executive golf course, driving range, miniature golf, volleyball and tennis court!
Golf passes are available for weekly and monthly renters.
Beach is only 1 mile away and there is free shuttle that runs all day through the summer.
Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with large dining room table, large inviting living room and bonus Carolina room with fountain view.
All linens are included. Small pets are allowed up to 50 LBS, but no cats please.

The best thing about this beautiful and specious condo is its location. The clean and well maintained, quiet and safe development is located minutes away from all the action, restaurants and shopping. You will have best of both worlds!

Beautiful Spacious Condo

Absolutely beautiful spacious condo. Comfortable beds, ample bedding and towels, great dining room table, well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Quiet area but close to everything! Great communication, owners even left passes for golfing. Will definitely go back again.

Great location for a more laidback vacation!

I’ve been staying at Tupelo Bay for a few years now and have enjoyed all the condos I’ve stayed in. This condo was conveniently located by an elevator and had an extremely easy check in process! Would definitely stay again.

Great Place to stay, roomy condo

This place was so nice, the beds were all comfortable and plenty of space. The air conditioner did great with the heat. These owners go out of the way to make sure there is enough essentials stocked for you to get by. Will definitely look to rent again when we return.

Fantastic!

It was an amazing time! The place was very conveniently located and there were many beach chairs and items available. We had a great time! The amenities were all very clean and we had all the information we needed to work the tvs, get access to amenities and more. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect getaway

This is our 3rd stay in this adorable villa condo. It is charming and tastefully decorated. Conveniently located to anything you want to do on the grand strand, but a bit secluded and quiet. We look forward to future visits.

Enjoyable Week Stay

This is our third stay at Tupelo Bay since 2015 coincidentally in the same unit. It is conveniently located to beaches and shopping areas . The host is easy to contact and responsive to any questions. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience

Property was a wonderful experience. Clean, peaceful and well stocked with everything we could need for our trip. The owners always responded quickly to any questions I had prior and never made me feel like I was bothering them. It was like being at my home away from home. Close to everything and plenty to do on the property. Will definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

We were in town for a family function. We couldn’t have been happier with the condo! Very nice, clean and bigger than expected! We didn’t have time to use the pool amenities in the community, but my husband was able to play golf there. Would definitely stay again!

We spent spring break with the family here. The home was beautiful and well maintained. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The home had everything we could possibly need. It was in a nice quiet area yet close to everything. We will be renting here again!!

Beyond Amazing

We loved this place!!!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Spacious unit with great amenities. A quiet serene space. Thought was given right down to the smallest details…dog dishes!!! The owner was amazing to work with and we would love to stay again.

Property was very nice and clean and close to everything. All bedding and towels were wonderful and the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Carpet could use a professional cleaning and curtain between living room and enclosed sitting area need cleaned. We would stay at this property again.

Great property. Pleased with everything made available.

Everything we needed was furnished. Plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen had all the needed utensils and so on. Definitely used the coffee maker. Internet was great. AC worked perfect and we had no issues during our stay at all. We would book here again on our next trip.

The property was well represented : everything was realistically conveyed in the listing through photos and descriptions. Property owner provided a well-stocked kitchen (appliances were all good quality and functional, utensils/pots/pans all abundant) and we were pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of hand soap in the baths and kitchen. Directions for maximizing our enjoyment of the property were well-stated and easily accessible for quick reference.

Family vacation with grandchildren

Everything inside of the home was perfect. The ownersvstocked it well and thought of everything. The only issue was a palm tree outside of the master bedroom window. It needed to be trimmed because the sound it made when the wind was blowing spooked our grandchildren when we tried to lay them down for nap.

A wonderful Summer getaway

We have absolutely no complaints at ALL! My husband and I did a getaway for the Summer with our children and we had such a pleasurable experience. The Property Owner was awesome from the 1st day of booking. He communicated with me and provided answers to any questions or concerns I may have had. The home was cleaned, roomy for our family, well stocked with amenities that you may need while staying there. Very safe area, to get a good night's rest and the neighbors were friendly. Our family certainly did enjoy our stay! We are planning on visiting the area again for my birthday soon and would certainly book again. Thank you so very much for the professionalism and helping to provide a great memorable experience for our family.
