It is with deep sadness that we announce that, effective immediately, Del Mar Villa has ceased operations and will no longer be hosting rental stays. This difficult decision was made due to growing financial complications and serious safety and operational barriers.

Amazing property with plenty of space for our large group of 22. Emily was very easy to work with. We would not hesitate to return in the future and would recommend Del Mar Villa to anyone looking to explore the Willamette Valley with friends or family.

Amazing property and magnificent villa

The property is perfectly manicured and the flowers look like a botanical garden. The villa is beautiful and the service we received from Fred and April was excellent! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Already planning our next visit..

Our group of 12 loved our stay at Del Mar Villa. The villa is huge, perfect for large groups. The beds are very comfortable and they have the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen at a house rental. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a great jumping off point for visiting wineries in the area. The caretakers, April and Fred were very helpful. We are already thinking about coming back with the grandkids.

Unbelievable Property

Del Mar Villa is a gem! It was more than advertised and a magical experience for our family. Upon arrival, April gave us a guided tour of the house and shared all of the amenities available. Beds comfortable, linens great, kitchen stocked with everything, furniture comfortable and the house was even decorated for Christmas. Our family definitely had a memorable weekend.

I cannot express enough how AMAZING this property is. The managers, Fred and April, are the kindest souls you will meet. They were so helpful during our check in for 30 guests and preparing for two pre-wedding events. The grounds and ballroom served as a space for us to have our Mehndi (henna night), Grah Shanti and Haldi before our Hindu wedding in Newberg. There were so many amazing places to take photos for the bride, groom, bridal parties, and families. The space never ends! I still cannot believe the experience we had here and I can't wait to come back some day. Having some decor and tables available to use in the Villa was very helpful for our events. 10/10 would recommend this property. It is worth every penny.

Vander Pol Family Vacation

This house (maybe mansion) was truly huge with room for all 28 of us, even though we were never all there at one time. Fred and April gave us a wonderful tour. The kids loved the bikes. The kitchen was very well stocked, except we couldn't find dish clothes to wipe the counters. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, providing lots of places to take family pictures. Our only regret is that what once had been a beautiful swimming pool was now a ball room. Our family loves the water! It would have been nice to have a few more places to sit outside. All in all a great place for us. Thank you!

I cannot express in words how amazing this property is. If you are questioning whether or not to book the villa, do NOT hesitate. It is absolutely stunning and the innkeepers (Fred & April) are warm, friendly, and make you feel incredibly welcome from the moment you arrive. It was an unforgettable weekend for myself, friends and family. There is no question that I will be returning!

Stunning!

Del Mar Villa is gorgeous inside and out. Our family of 19 ranging in ages from 5 months to 85 years thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at this huge estate. All the bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the common areas big enough to accommodate all of us. The landscaping is beautiful and all the amenities like the sports courts, fire pit, walking paths, huge patio and lawn were perfect for keeping all of us entertained. We were also pleasantly surprised how much there is to do in the area. The property managers were very accommodating and helpful as was the owner. We highly recommend the villa!

Amazing property

Gorgeous location and incredibly spacious. Friendly Host. Well maintained. Tennis Court. Basketball Court. Wonderful grounds for sunrise and sunset walks. Would strongly recommend for a large group. Only negatives: 1) Poor Wifi Signal - generally had to use cell signal as a hot spot for using tablets 2) No A/C. Likely not an issue for 50 weeks/year. Unfortunately, 3 of the days we were there temps were over 100! The host helped arrange for a multitude of portable fans and we worked thru it. Would strongly recommend for a large gathering.

Exceptional/ breath taking / Perfect

The perfect stay. We will be back!! Emily was outstanding handling our reservation of 20 people and prepping every item and detail requested. She went above and beyond all expectations. And when we arrived we were greeted by the most charming and delightful couple; April and Fred; our inn keepers. They blew us all away with their morning breakfasts and their care for our every need. So much so that Fred was ready with keys to jump in his car and go get anything at a moments notice. So gracious. They were thoughtful and kind and so very generous. We consider them Framily now- friends/family. We look forward to our next stay here at the incredible Villa Del Mar- the most beautiful villa in Oregon! Thank you so very much Emily, April and Fred!!! Xxxxxoooooo
