Family holiday

The villa was perfect for our needs. Clean and in a very nice, quiet area. Luis was extremely helpful with details for checking in and leaving.

We had a great time here.

The pool was great although we were counting on the pool/spa being warm than it was but honestly it didn’t stop the kids from enjoying it. Having a washer and dryer was great.

Wonderful House - Great Stay

This house and the host, Luis, were great! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group all to have their own space. The pool was awesome and the game room was a game changer! This house has everything you need for a great vacation!

Wonderful owner - great stay at a great property.

Just finished our third stay at this property and couldn't be happier about booking again for next year. New additions to the kitchen amenities were a great bonus! Can't wait until next January.

Great property - outstanding owner.

This property is in a great location in a quiet gated subdivision. The owner was very accommodating of our every need and very personable. Have already booked for next year for longer stay! Already looking forward to it!

Very much enjoyed the stay at this property. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and close to stores.

Commuted back to Tropicana field for games. Traffic is terrible, however we looked forward everyday to getting back to the home and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again. One concern we had is that the converted garage to gameroom is not air condition and it was extremely warm, being in July. I am a pool player and wish that the pool table had been in a little better shape,

Wonderful host and wonderful stay!

This is a very peaceful area in a gated community. The house was clean and private and the pool area is wonderful! We really enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and loved that there were 2 king suites. There are 4 bathrooms and bedrooms total and its just so nice to not have to bump into each other waiting for the restroom or showers. We also loved having big screen tvs with all apps and cable on every tv. Its a really nice touch! The a/c is set to a really comfortable range and there are ceiling fans in almost every room so it was very comfortable. We didnt use the game room but it was well appointed. There are tasteful reminders placed on the walls that i found helpful. Also the information binder was easy to find and filled with good information. My favorite area was the pool. Gorgeous spot and even though there are neighbors it feels very private. I love that it was screened in and had very pretty pool lights in the evening. Its a perfect depth for kids (or shorties like me!). The entrance end is 3feet and the deepest is a little more than 5. The spa was also very relaxing with the bubble timer being on the light switch inside near the sliding glass door. We even got to see some local wildlife within the safety of the screenedarea. There was a mama racoon with her 3 adorable babies and a huge beautiful owl. I cant say enough about our host Luis. Communicative and gracious! Always available to answer questions and just a really nice man! You wont regret booking! We will retu
