This clean 3 bedroom 2 bath condo right on the Marsh is just right for a perfect vacation or getaway. It comes with a golf cart to quickly get you to the beach or a stroll around the neighborhood. It has all the amenities you need for cooking. Towels and linens are NOT included.
Shop here in Murrells Inlet or take a short drive to Myrtle Beach and enjoy an abundance of activities. There is a private pool overlooking the beautiful marsh and a grill that is also available for you to grill a juicy steak or thick burger!

Beautiful condo with a view

Beautiful condo with a great view. Has a big pool that was never crowded. The use of the golf cart was very convenient and fun. (The cleaning of the bathtub was not up to par ) and one bathroom had a shower , my adult son and mom found it too small to use.

Wonderful stay, all the stars!

We had an amazing time at this property. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The owners are extremely helpful and responsive. The location was great and having access to the golf cart was especially awesome. It was close enough to all the things to do but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We have small kids so the condo was perfect for our crew, a room with bunk beds and no windows meant no worries about their early bedtime and being away from our blackout shades!! This was our first trip to garden city and we’re already looking forward to our next stay here.

300 Marsh Place deserves a 5 star

Josh and Lynn are excellent hosts. They are so accomadating with everything that you need and quick answers to any questions or problems you might encounter(which were very few. The condo is in an excellent location, quiet and close to almost anything you might want to do or see. The golf cart makes it easy to get to the ocean. The TV sets are a plenty and boy did we use those when 2 people have different tastes in entertainment. Grest place, can't say enough.

Vacation as Expected

Given my familiarity and love of the area, I wanted to find a decent and affordable rental in close proximity to the beach. When I found this property I knew I was in luck. The condo met our needs and everything (I mean everything) was as described. The golf cart was the icing on the vacation cake! It made getting to the beach so easy and kept our car from becoming a sandbox! The transparency of the listing and ease of check-in provided by the host was unmatched in my experience. I really hope I am able to secure this rental again in the near future.

Pretty place

Pros: Pretty unit, beautiful porch on the marsh. Overall a nice place. We spent many wonderful hours on the porch. Loved driving the golf cart to the beach! Cons: the condo building has issues that need to be resolved, no fault of the owner. Elevator is broken, they need a serious exterminator, pool s/b open, even if just to be able to sit by it, l It's locked up tight. The only other thing I would change is the furniture is uncomfortable for anyone with a back issue, also we had to buy TP halfway through our stay, no big deal but seems odd

Perfect Condo! Will definitely be someplace we stay again!!

We came down for Spring break and brought our daughter and her boyfriend. This condo was perfect for our stay in all ways! The three bedrooms were very comfortable, the two bathrooms made getting around so easy. Living area gave plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Kitchen very well stocked for those breakfasts in. Pool was nice for windy beach days. The golf cart was an added bonus as made getting around so fun and easy!! The location was ideal...just far enough off the main busy area, but close enough for morning walks on the beach. We reserved pretty late for spring break so didn’t have lots of options, but feel so fortunate that we happened upon this gem!! Loved the area! We love quieter areas, and even over spring break, the Garden City/Murrells Inlet area was pleasant and not over crowded. The owners were extremely fast on communicating with us and answering questions and very accommodating. This Condo on the Marsh was everything and more and provided for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be coming back to this area and this condo would be first on our list of where we want to stay.

Cozy and clean vacation rental

HIGHLY recommend this rental for short or long stays. The pictures do not do it justice. Right when we walked in the door the condo smelled great, was so clean, and decorated so nicely. The beds and furniture are comfortable. This is a great rental if you have kids tagging along. I truly appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with all the pots, pans, and utensils needed. The appliances were all fairly new and in great working condition. I also appreciated the misc. paper goods, garbage bags, and laundry detergent that was provided. It was so nice to have those things first thing, before we bought ours. 5 mins or less away from Garden City Walmart and the beach. Tons of local restaurants nearby. Great location! Neighborhood was safe and quiet. We loved this rental and will be back. It was a perfect stay and allowed us to see our family for Christmas. Thank you!

Reviews said it all!

I was looking for a South Myrtle Beach 3 bedroom, and the majority of reviews of ALL places had quite a few negatives. This condo had at least 26 reviews and all were POSITIVE. Condo was super clean, furniture and all appliances were is superb condition. Quiet condo, enjoyed the golf cart . Elevator wasn't working at the time, but one flight of stairs was doable. Highly recommend this place!

This condo was absolutely perfect. The location is spot on. It was clean and very comfortable. We meet some awesome families while enjoying the pool. Our host was quick to respond to all our questions. Our stay was fun and fabulous. Thank you very much for making or vacation pleasant.

My family and I stayed for a week for my Birthday and everything was gorgeous! The condo was very nice and clean. If I had any questions the owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Overall wonderful vacation!

Perfect vacation spot

Our family had a fantastic stay here. Lynn was most responsive, the condo had everything we needed, our 5 year old daughter loved both pools and the closeness of the beach. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

This place is absolutely AMAZING and we could have not asked for a better or cleaner place to stay.

We can not say enough of how impressed we were with the communication from the host. Very prompt in answering even some of our small questions. This place was very clean and the decor made you feel right at home. Fully equipped kitchen which made making pecan pies for my nephews wedding a breeze. TV in every room even on the screened in balcony. The golf cart ride to the beach (like only 5 Min) was very accommodating and relaxing. We would definitely stay her again. Thanks again for sharing this property with us.

Great location and great for a family trip. Just close enough to Myrtle Beach without having to deal with over crowded beaches and traffic. Golf cart was a great addition to the stay as well. Made for quick trips to and from the beach

It was great!

The home was clean, the Marsh was a pretty view to wake up to every morning. The property manager/owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. We really enjoyed our week at the beach! Also the golf cart was super beneficial for going back and forth to the beach. Thank you!

The condo is just like the pictures you see. The place was very roomy and the bedrooms were very spacious. TV’s in every room. Couldn’t have found a better place. Loved it!!!!

Just as pictured!

Great stay in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. Very nice host who was quick to answer any questions we had. We loved the golf cart,made it so much easier going to the beach. The kids loved the pools. If you want somewhere that you can be loud and party, don't stay here lol 😂. But we prefer quiet so this was great for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Stay

The property manager was amazing and very accommodating. The condo is beautiful and close to everything. The pools are nice, the golf cart is convenient to get to the beach. The people in the condo are very nice and friendly. The housekeeper was even so nice and accommodating. This was the best place I have stayed at and this is my 4th trip to S. Carolina. Do yourself a favor and book with Lynn at this beautiful Condo...you can think me later...lol...I am already planning my next stay here.

Great place to stay

My family and I have stayed in the same condo at Garden City for 4 years in a row, and 2 years ago they sold that condo. This is our first vacation since ( also because of COVID) I was a little hesitant to stay anywhere else, only because we were so familiar with our old place, but I must say Marsh Place by far exceeded our expectations! The golf cart was key to get us back and forth to the beach and arcade. The two pools were super convenient and relaxing. The condo itself was very clean and updated and had everything we needed! I forgot to ask a few questions before arriving and when I reached out I got a reply within minutes. I highly recommend checking this place out to vacation to. I know we will definitely be booking here again!!!!
