This luxury 1,100 sq. ft. 2- bedroom, 2- bathroom apartment has its own separate building entrance and is fully ADA accessible. Tastefully appointed and decorated with the original art by local artists, this cozy suite features a modern kitchen, a beautiful sitting / dining area with a wall to ceiling bay window, a private porch, and two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a large smart TV set. A washer / dryer is in the unit. Very fast internet connection is included.
The suite has is own HVAC system, so there’s no air sharing with other units.

This property was well appointed and very comfortable and private. It has excellent proximity to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping, both within walking distance and a short drive. The property was very clean and a great home base for exploration around the city or surrounding areas. Highly recommend this property for those wanting the amenities of being at home. Property owner is wonderful and very responsive.

We had a great stay while dropping our daughter off at Boston College. It was about a 7-min drive away. There is a great pub and pastry shop across the street, and the lake is nearby. Stas was very helpful and responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay! The whole apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Stas was a fantastic host! Super communicative with clear check in instructions and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. Convenient location and was able to cook and do laundry during our stay. We would absolutely recommend and would stay there again!

The place is in an excellent location, just steps from the T, a French pastry shop and some really great restaurants! It accommodated us well with our friends and Stas was very responsive! We highly recommend staying here when visiting Boston!

We enjoyed our stay at Stas’s lovely place. The place was clean and was easy to access. The digital lock on the door was extremely convenient. We had a large rental vehicle and Stas was very kind to help us with the parking situation. Anytime we had a question he was very quick to respond. We appreciate the convenience to sights in downtown Boston but Stas recommended not driving due to difficulty and price of parking. We chose to Uber and this was the best and most convenient way to get to the sights we wanted to see. There was not an actual couch to sit and watch TV. There were two chairs and we had to carry two more chairs from the kitchen area down the hall so all four of us could socialize. That was our only issue. Thank you, Stas for sharing your lovely home with us during our trip to Boston area.

Great property in a great location.

We wanted to be close to the T to travel into Boston which this provided along with a great neighborhood which included shops, restaurants and even a lake. Our host was exceptional too.

Stas has done a wonderful job thinking of everything to make one's stay comfortable. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished, is close to great coffee shops and restaurants, is close to Newton Centre, and was wonderful for exploring Boston and Chestnut Hill. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Communication was great, and Stas even sent along suggestions for places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newton Highlands. The place was perfect for my husband and I and our two young adult children. The location was perfect with easy access to neighborhood restaurants and the T stop literally a two-minute walk.Stas met us upon arrival and was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend his place!

We enjoyed our stay in Newton Highlands! The apartment was nicely set up for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The location was excellent with close proximity to restaurants and the train station across the street was very convenient for visiting downtown Boston and Fenway.

Great stay. Immediately wanted to book again for the future. Stas is fantastic- answered questions beforehand and during visit extremely quickly, met us on arrival to show us around and recommend local spots. Many restaurants and small market within walking distance. Conveniently located to T and Boston College.

Stas Gavronsky and his wife, Tatiana, are the owners and operators of The Inn at Newton Highlands. The original idea behind the Inn came from Stas's work in healthcare. He wanted to build a beautiful and comfortable place for the patients and their families who come to Boston for medical treatments and typically require a longer stay. The Inn provided exactly what was needed: a combination of luxury, safety, and convenience of a hotel with a privacy and coziness of a private apartment. The place is also ideal for business travelers, destination wedding guests, and tourists.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This suite is one of several luxury suites in a small boutique apartment-hotel which is located in the heart of Newton Highlands in a beautiful, fully remodeled historic building. Careful attention has been paid to preserve the look and charm of the fin-de-siècle 19th-century building, using old archive photographs to replicate the exterior as it once stood. Inside, the building is pure 21st century, with modern rooms, advanced utility systems, and greatly enhanced structural features.
